You're either male or female. Genetic Status: invalid, valid, borrowed ladder. See character guide for more information. Position: This is the general group that your character belongs to on the board (astronaut, mission control, engineer, etc.) Sub-Position: The sub-position is a more specific category that your character belongs to. See the chacacter positions and character guide for more information. Appearance Image: (100 x 100) Hair Color: Just a short answer. More detail can be added in the detaild apppearance section. Eye Color:Just a short answer. More detail can be added in the detaild apppearance section. Skin Tone:Just a short answer. More detail can be added in the detaild apppearance section. Distinguishing Features: Features that make your character stand out in a crowd, that distinguish them from other individuals. Tattoos / Body Art: Just a short answer. Detailed Appearance: This is the important part of the appearance. You must have at least 150 words of appearence with at least two good organized paragraphs. Don't make your character flawless; nobody likes a Mary Sue. Personality Strengths: List your character's personality strengths here. These are not things like "cooking", but your character's better personality traits. If you're confused, see any of the accecpted apps. Weaknesses: Same as strengths, except for weaknesses. I don't want to see weaknesses like "hot guys/girls" or "chocolate" here; there are your character's less desirable personality traits. If you're confused, see any of the accecpted apps. Likes: In list form, state what your character likes. Dislikes: In list form, state what your character dislikes. Goals: In list form, state the major things your character would like to accomplish in their lifetime. Fears: In list form, state the things that scare your character. Detailed Personality: This is the most important part of the entire application. I would really like to see insight. You are creating a person, what makes them tick? I would like at least 350 words in three well organized paragraphs. I just can't see how people can write three lines and expect to encompass everything about a character. History Blood Type: A, B, AB, O +/- Family: In list form, state your family members, their ages, and their occupations. Origin: Your character's heritage. Hometown: Where your character was born and raised. Detailed History: Second only to personality, the history is one of the most important sections of the application. Most people hate this part, I know, but I would like to see details. From when your character was born to where they are now, you're telling the story of their life and the gaps should be pretty much filled. I don't want to see a site full of traumatic/ dramatic histories, so try to keep the abuse, rape, and other trauma to a minimum. Secret Phrase: You know the drill. If you have actually read the rules, then this shouldn't be that difficult. It's just sort of an insurance policy that lets the admins and staff know that you've read and understood our guidelines.
