While it may be one of the smaller moons, it is by no means one of the least interesting. With active eruptions, it is one of the moons that can claim such vents. Its surface holds simiar demographics to that of Earth, leading Gattaca to think of it as an interesting mission. Astrorauts will navagate their ship into the moon's orbit, observe and analyze the type of activity that they find, and will return the information back to Mission Control. It is one of the longer missions with a projected span of two years, leading to many complications in its development.

The asteroid belt, which holds almost all of the asteroids in our solar system, is an area which has always held intrigue to those in the space program. Somewhat dangerous to travel through, and even more so to study from the inside, Gattaca plans on sending a team to Ceres, the only dwarf planet inside the belt, to examine the planet's composition. Astronauts will spend a year in orbit and on Ceres itself, examining the planet and surrounding asteroids and sending samples and analytical data back to mission control.

While travel to Mars is no stranger to Gattaca, there are areas of the planet that astronauts have yet to explore. One such area is Valles Marineris. Located along the equator of Mars and nearly stretches a quarter of the circumference of the planet. It used to be believed that it was formed by water erosion, but current speculation has lead people to believe that it was a techtonic crack in the martain crust. Astronauts will be travelling to the Ganges Chasmata in the Noctis Labyrinthus. There samples of volcanic ash will be collected and analyzed with the results being sent back to Gattaca via the various lines. Phy
sical samples will also be brought back after the ten months the mission will take place.
