.mean.BEAN. One of the more hip establishments in Greenbelt, Mean Bean has quite a following. The cafe has no chairs, only bean bags in various bright colors. The front counter is probably the most noticeable thing about the cafe: it's covered in writing. Upon somebody's first time entering the cafe, they are handed a permanent marker and asked to sign the counter. After several years, it's now covered in names.
