It doesn't take much more than a wink and a few sweet words from her to get nearly any man to do exactly what she wants - especially to join the growing army fighting to protect Lilith in her mission to break the seals.
*side note: Lilith has promised her a most high rank in the world once Lucifer takes over if she can find a way to convince Dean Winchester that his talents would be much better served working for the other side.

He needs no name. He needs no great "mission". He needs to possess no man in order to do damage through the veil. He is one of the few original heavenly angels that chose to follow Lucifer in the great rebellion against God an infinity ago. He was once a beautiful being, but the anger and flames that are constant in hell have distorted what he once was into something dark and hideous beyond all human imagination. He cannot be seen by the naked eye, and is not able to completely cross over to the earthly realm, but he is able to "puncture" the veil and cause damage to humans. He is not discriminatory in who he attacks. All humans are fair game.

Tessa is just one of many reapers in the area. She has met Dean Winchester more than once, and has an unusual friendship with the hunter. She can't really call it a fondness, seeing that reapers do not have emotions. Her job from inside the veil is to help the spirits of the deceased move safely across the veil, but she knows that the coming battle will make her job very difficult.

Since becoming human, he has always felt an unusual distance from God, even when he actively sought Him. He feels betrayed by God, but still remembers the love and loyalty that came along with being an angel.
