No Pornography, Harrassing, or Racism. We believe in the freedom of expression, but there's a fine line between that and just posting stuff to offend other members.

**There is a 5-point warning system. If you're struck five times, you're likely looking at either a temporary or an indefinite ban. We're very flexible, and it's not a pleasant thing for us to ban any of our members, so it's serious business if you've got any warnings at all. Having a warning record can even prevent you from becoming a Gym Leader! So don't abuse our trust, we want you to be a part of the community as much as you do. If after a temporary ban you are struck five times again, consider yourself kicked.

Trading and Battling

Here at WobBa we feel using anything outside the cartridge itself such as Cheating Devices (GameShark, Action Replay, etc.) are intolerable. Anyone who is caught using or trading hacked pokemon when the trader or tournament organizer has clearly stated they do not want hacked pokemon involved will be warned 3 pts. When we say intolerable, we mean it.

**The accuser of the cheater must have other witnesses to confirm.

Organization Rules

This is for creating and managing your regional organization base.

When PMing an Admin to request an official room, please include the following:

- Name of the Group
- Designation of Leader(s). One to fill in moderator position, and your co-leaders if you have any.
- General Area/Location
- Game(s) (example: R/B/Y, Advance only, etc.)
- Local Rules (also specify general divisions like UnderUsed, Level 50's, etc., or varied if there are numerous styles on a regular basis.)
- At least 5 member signatures that show interest and availability for regular attendance. (This one may change over time.)

If you would like an image added to your clan base slot, the limitation is 350 x 40. Just include another line stating "Image:" followed by the URL of the image.

If you have your own forum that you would like to connect to the HQ directory, please indicate the URL after the name so we know that is the home page.

It's recommended that your group creates an introductory thread including as much information as possible about your group (like your usual rules and what game you center around, among other things) to enlighten other members.
