Gilmore Girls!

I got a new phone on Monday, and had to get new pics. I have to redo the other pic to fit the new screen. (I'm trading up from the cheap phone they give you with the contract to an enV.) The Narco pic is the wallpaper now.

My Mom just recently upgraded to a better, newer cell phone too. She went from a plain-ish clunky one to one of those flippy ones (she has seriously wanted one of those since she first saw it). Since it's her phone she controls the wallpaper, of course. I still haven't figured out how to work half the functions on that thing! (I don't have a cell phone myself. I have never really needed one that badly.)

yeah! To me that wasn't even really a real fight, more a slap!fight in a way. I want cute!Dean to just...punch Jess in the face and knock him out...

I have finally suffered Gilmore burnout. My sister has been sick with the flu, and she insisted on watching 5 straight discs of the show. I know, the show is awesome, but it's only fun when you're in the mood for a long marathon.

That happened to me back when I first had Seasons 1 and 2. I hadn't yet gotten 3 and 4 and was so obsessed I watched the first 2 Seasons over and over. By the time I got 3 and 4 I was so sick of the first 2 that I just skipped them (didn't watch them first, I mean) and dove straight into Season 3.

Oh, on a sidenote, when Patrick Swayze died I wondered when Jennifer Grey might speak out and just now I wondered if Kelley Bishop would say something.

I haven't seen anything....

I'm wondering that, too. (And in case you were wondering, ABC Family is going to be airing Dirty Dancing tomorrow night. I think I'll watch my DVD later.)

The burnout can also be attributed to my uncle. When he watches something for the first time that he knows I've seen before, he won't stop asking questions. "Does she wind up with Luke? Do Lorelai and Sookie own their own inn? what happens to Dean? I know he left this for Supernatural." I want to hit him with an aluminum ball bat.

Lauren Graham back on tv?!

I liked the movie Parenthood but wasn't totally in love with it and therefore wasn't interesting in watching the show. But if Lauren's in it---!

I will be checking it out. I haven't seen the movie for some odd reason. I can't wait to see Lauren in a new show. I guess ABC didn't pick up that other one she was supossed to do. How appropriate is it that Ausiello is the one reporting that news?

I know some of you are into Lorelai/Dean like I am. (It must be some kind of Stacy's Mom/Cougar thing going around.) I have something that's not quite the same, but still very close. Lorelai/Sam Winchester.

I have to admit, I've been sort of in the mood for GG lately too. Not enough to watch but almost.

Just a warning, it is H-O-T hot! I was sweating profusely after it was done. And there is a link to some good Lorelai/Dean at the top of the fic.

I was flipping through this month's video magazine (A free leaflet that comes from the video store) and found that Lauren Graham is in a movie that came out yesterday on DVD. It's called The Answer Man. There wasn't a description with the picture, but I think I'll check it out.

I read it and I have to admit...it was just ok for me. The Dean confusion was funny but I think the author went a little too fast (I know Sam now seems to have a tendency to just jump into bed with attractive women but I hate that and that's not how I picture him--or how he was for a long time) in the hook up.

The Lorelai/Dean was better and much more well written, for me. More believable, with some great lines.

That title gives me sort of vague recall but yeah, I can't remember what it's about. If you happen to find out, Shane, please post? Cause now I'm all curious!
