Ok you need a really good download to be an exclusive! Such as a program liek photoshop or somethin like that. I the site that has the file stays up and its a really nice download you may get it upgraded to a VG Exculsive download.

if its a trial it aint illegal...but it really shouldnt matter since there are so many people providing photoshop for free.
