Keeping it short and sweet. There's a baseball game tonight. Jon Lester (120.1 IP, 2.6 K/BB, 80 ERA+) will face off against C.C. Sabathia (120 IP, 3.8 K/BB, 129 ERA+). Their best starter, against the guy who's supposed to be our best starter.

In popular parlance this is known as playing out the season. But I still want to beat these motherfuckers. So let's do it.

So far it's a back and forth game.

Tarp update III (5:42 p.m.): Back off the field. Worst game of "Will they? Won't they?" ever. Sun starts to peek through. Sabathia getting lose out in centerfield.
Tarp update II (5:38 p.m.): It is back on the field.
Tarp update I (5:26 p.m.): It is comng off the field.
First pitch will be at approximately at 6:05 p.m.
