So, I guess most here were rooting Rangers.
But I, for one, think that this was the best outcome under unfortunate circumstances.

Well, they earned it. Congrats to the St Louis Cardinals, 2011 World Series Champs.  There will be more to say later, but for now, it's their moment.

Josh Hamilton comes from about an hour away from here in rural NC. I've been bitching about Hamilton for a couple of years. The local press runs a story on what a saint this guy is every couple of months. He drives me nuts  plus , if God was really talking to him, he'd know God's a Red Soxfan ok Congrats Cardinals

Agreed. I don't think I'll read the book when it comes out, but I do applaud his timing.
