As in earlier tests by BMG and SunnComm, the copy protection on the VELVET REVOLVER disc can be simply disabled by pushing the "Shift" key on a computer while the CD is loading, which blocks the SunnComm software from being installed. The companies say they have long been aware of the work-around but that they were not trying to create an unhackable protection

 Contraband is a great album, Waou, I though i went back 10 years back, but it is too bad that this asshole of AXL did not sing some songs. We must not forget that Izzy Straddlin wrote some songs of velvet revolver, It's smoking, great, terrify, excellent....  |

If this protection is against the law in a country, the record companies will find it hard to get this shit through. So, if it's legal to give it away to someone, the companies will probably have to find a way to change the id shit. But yeah, copying cds sucks. I understand that they want this. About the topic. What's so great about Velvet Revolver? I think I'll never understand it. Crappy lyrics and average, boring rock songs? Does it take that little to entertain these days? -------------------- UKJ - even better than the Beatles!
