Welcome to the Fallout is a literate advance POKEMON site. It is darker than most and doesnít require all characters to have a set journey. Cannons are available, but rookie trainers are welcome as well. Our region is based off real cities and towns too on Earth like London, New York, and Tokyo!
We are currently accepting cannons (preferred) and originals. Please register in lowercase letters in your character's full name.

sticking out of italy like a sore thumb, she was born with blonde hair, rather than black hair like most italians. it's naturally wavy. she doesn't fit into any stereotypical category. although on occasion, she does like to wear what would be considered 'preppy' clothes. ripped jeans, wearing one long sleeve down, the other pulled up, wearing ridiculous ammounts of perfume. she has naturally tanned skin, refusing to go to a tanning salon. "all they do is paint your skin," she's often said. there was always something about her that made you want to stay on her good-side, or that she might not even have a bad side. when she smiles, her eyes light up in a way, turning almost a shade lighter than their original color. there's something inviting about the way she looks, like you want to be her friend, but you don't know if you want to go up and talk to her. she was never one to reject a person right out of the blue. she's staying at the height she is now, she won't be growing much more at all.
I'M TANGLED IN THE SHEETS!
you left your mark, dragged down my back, so chain me up.

she happens to speak speak three languages. english, italian, and sarcastic. third being her more uh . . frequented. she was never big on lying or stealing, so when she sees somebody stealing or knows somebody is lying, they're bound to be in for it. she doesn't give up easily, never has, never will. she didn't like the thought of somebody being able to rub in her face the fact that she might've given up on something, and then them having the satisfaction of having something to dangle over her head when she couldn't do anything back to them. however, once a friend, always a friend. she never was one to turn on people, just because she wouldn't want it done to her in return. however after you get under her shell, she's a much funner, nicer person to be around. she has an almost welcoming air around her, like if you are the new kid in town, you'd want to be friends with her. or, even like you might want to tell her all of your secrets, rather than bottle them up like most people do.
TOO MUCH OF YOU IS NEVER;

growing up in rome was never a bad thing. people there spoke your language, they could easily understand you, and being around such historical things was believed to make children smarter. growing up, she was much closer to her mom, and when she was five and walked in on her dad cheating on her arm, he made her promise not to tell her. she obliged, wishing not to displease him. she wasn't quite sure what he was capable of, but she didn't quite want to find out, even to this day. as she grew up, she was swept into the growing population of italy, admiring it's natural beauty in a way not many people noticed. she'd always wanted a pokemon, favouring ice, psychic, and ghost. she doesn't know what it is about them, but she'd always liked the idea of being able to command something into freezing something into solid eyes, or making somebody fly through the air without the effort it would take a flying pokemon to carry them on their back. she aspires to have a team consisting of all three of these types.
YOU GAVE ME YOU MADE ME!

[list]she could feel the wet sand beneath her toes, watching as the moon and stars blinked out, as the beginnings of a dawn shattered the night. the high tide reached in and clutched at her feet, trying to pull them back with it, however she knew she'd almost sunk six inches. it wasn't going to be taking her anytime soon. she could hear the myths and legends of this wonderous place, and almost had no doubt that most of them were even true. after all, every legend and or myth sprouted from a single fact. maybe there were pixies that granted your wish, or maybe there were monstrosities in the ocean, or people who could outlive the sun itself. if they believed in that stuff, well, that was their choice. surely nobody else was going to make the choice for them, unless, well, unless there was a person on the earth that could make somebody else's judgement change. and she doubted even the most skilled of mind breakers couldn't do that. none could. the silver dress fluttered in the early morning breeze. she'd always been more of a morning person, usually getting up at six or earlier to witness daybreak. it was the only and one time each day she had time to think to herself, without anybody else interrupting her. and most people, just witnessing her there, standing, staring out at sea, it would be a bad choice to make a peep. or even breathe loudly.
she made her way up tiaka mountain, still barefoot, running the soles of her feet over the blades of grass. the sun was still rising in one of the most beautiful things in nature. the myriad of colors splayed across the sky was alluring to any human being - she was sure of it. most people just enjoyed seeing it, sitting on the beach with their loved ones, admiring the things you have in life and expelling the greed you want for others. the soft 'pitter-patter' of rain caught her ears, as she looked up to see storm clouds spreading across the sky not far away. oh well, it wasn't like it was going to hurt anybody. at the least, it was only going to be a rainstorm, even if. she spoke the words softly into the wind. "acheron . . . iím waiting for you; where are you?" she waited calmly for his reply, as she knew it was coming. she was sure he could pick out her voice among a thousand, and vice versa.
her eyes became disks of silver, illuminating the space in front of her, the wildflowers now looking like some exotic species only visible through her eyes. she drew in small pants for breaths, and felt the air around her thicken with fog. or, rather it was going to. she raised her hands to her face to make sure she was still living, and almost at once she seemed to be transparent, like she'd never been there in the first place. like, well, like she herself had transformed into the maiden that was said to forever roam tiaka mountain. a ghost, like she was almost a ghost.
"melodie marr, forecasting weather since nineteen-ninety-four." her voice rang out like windchimes - even though it carried a sarcastic edge. and then it stopped. as quickly as it had come, it disappeared. she was completely normal, for as much normality she could wield. she looked around, and then felt the arms wrap around her. she'd not been expecting him so quickly. or, rather at all. she didn't even see why he came back, after all, neither knew the other very well, yet they acted as if they'd known each other for centuries, milennia even.
i believe you called me, mílady
"acheron . . ." she began, trying to wiggle herself out of his grasp, but didn't succeed. she wasn't having the best of days, especially after her last . . . 'vision', if that's what you would call it. she turned to look down at his hands, squinted and watched as they opened for her to get away. "not today. i just wanted to sit in the rain . . ." she trailed off, staring back at the clouds. they'd definitely spread a lot more, and she the crack of heat lightning illuminate the earth. surely it could only be heat lightning. there was no thunder before it. it was probably the last before next summer they would see. her neck was still warm from where he'd breathed on her. she didn't see how she could love something that was both human and not, but then she brought herself into consideration and didn't see how he could love something that wasn't human either. however she was more non-human than him. at least he could transform into one. she didn't even have that choice. it was all-magician all the time.
"maybe playing around with the fog'll help me calm down a bit."
