SM Founding Principles:

We the People of Soaker Media, in Order to form a more perfect Forum, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish these Principles for the Forums of Soaker Media.

Section 1

Clause 1: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in the people of Soaker Media, which shall consist of all the administrators, moderators, and regular members.

Clause 2: All of the people retain the right to vote on affairs of the board, if a poll is given. All final decisions rest with the Administration, but the voice of the people can guide and influence those final decisions.

Clause 3: All Executive and Judicial Powers herein granted shall be vested in the Administration of Soaker Media, specifically the admin and moderator groups.

Clause 4: There are no impeachment options of anything like that since I will make sure Power is never abused!

Section 2:

Clause 1: The people have the right to propose amendments to these prinicples.

Clause 2: An amendment will not take effect unless the vote in favor of it is unanimous, or an admin decides a change is necessary.

Section 3:

Clause 1: Soaker Media is a refuge from the problems of other forums, a place to get away from n00b problems, spamming problems, and general immaturity. Intelligent discussion is a main goal.

Clause 2: Punishment and rules should not be necessary. If a member of Soakerdom is causing major problems, they can be be prebanned, and a member can be deleted for serious offenses.

Clause 3: Making false accounts, spamming, illegal activity/discussion, and the such place the offender against these principles.

Bill of Rights:

1. Members can say almost anything they want. You can swear occasionally, disagree with the administraion about anything, appeal any decision, or otherwise protest what you think is unfair. Stay away from politics, illegal subjects, and whatever you think would not be acceptable. "Ok" spelling and grammer is always acceptable, if you have bad S and G we might ask you to work on it. No one will be punished for such a trivial thing as their English.

2. Power will not be abused.

3. The Admins always have the final say, but we try to be fair.

4. All members of Soaker Media have the right to own and bear soakers.

5. All powers not mentioned are reserved to either the people or the administration, depending on what those powers are.
