Ok, this is the same problem I ran into with someone a couple weeks back. Apparently the problem is fixed now though. You might be better off creating a new account, but you'll need an alternate email address for the validation. Might also try posting this in the 'website/community' forum. They could delete the account and then let you reregister under that same name and email. Reporting the issue there seems to get quicker responses.

I'm sure nothing was mistyped. *shrugs* guess she's out of luck

According to this site, it tells us that she already is validated....but she is not....that's the problem.

Double check the ID she used to register with as well. You might have mistyped something when you sent the verification

If you can, tell your sister toclick log in. There will be a button that says rresend varivacation. Also have her check the spam controls. She might ave not gotten the varivacation notice .

I logged in with her account to see why she couldn't log in--and I have no idea why. It says that she's in the 'validating group', but when we try to resend the validation email, it tells us that "Sariah" isn't in the 'validating group'.

I suppose she could create a new account, if she wanted, but is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for your help. cool.gif
