Doriath
The mighty forest kingdom of Elu Thingol, greatest of the realms of the Sindar in Beleriand. The kingdom lay in two parts, separated by the River Esgalduin: the lesser, northwestern Forest of Neldoreth, and the greater, southern Forest of Region. These forests, and the small oakwood known as Nivrim on the western banks of the Sirion, were encompassed by the Girdle of Melian, which protected the land from its enemies.

In the midst of Doriath, carved into the rock beside the River Esgalduin, lay the Halls of Menegroth, the Thousand Caves, citadel of King Thingol and Melian his queen.

Hísilómë
A cold, mist-laden land that lay to the north of Beleriand, walled by mountains to the west, east and south. When the Noldor returned, this region fell under the control of Fingolfin and Fingon, and they gave it a name in their Quenya tongue: Hísilómë, Land of Mist. As Quenya gave way to Sindarin, the name came to be replaced by its Sindarin equivalent in common use. So, this land is better known to history in its Sindarin form: Hithlum.

Luster
Luster, the Land of the Unicorns. The Queen of the Unicorns created five amulets, known as the "Queen's Five", that are made of gold, crystal, and unicorn hair. These amulets carry the bearer, upon utterance of necessary incantations, between countries.

The unicorns' sociopolitical court meets at four distinct places located on the four corners of a continent. These places, which are inhabited during the season whereafter they are named, are called Springdale, Summerhaven, Autumngrove, and Winter Rest.

Enough humans to "make a medium-sized town" dwell in Luster, each assigned tasks by the Queen of the Unicorns.

Seven dragons live in Luster: Firethroat, Graumag, Fah-Leing, Redrage, Elliban, Master Bloodtongue, and Bronzeclaw.

The Legend
I can remember sitting by the campfire, hearing tales of ancient heroes and fearsome foes. I remember the bard strumming his harp, regaling the village of the great King and Dragonmaster Bowen who united the petty kingdoms of Caledonia Isle into a unified and peaceful country...of the dragon Draco who assisted Bowen..and beautiful Queen Kara. I sat and listened, pretending by morning that I was the Dragonmaster fighting evil, and discovering the hiding places of the lost Dragon Tribe...until one day my fantasy became reality...
