Second-timers: Warning, and deletion of post.
Third-timers: Temporary ban from the respective subboard (i.e schedules, gallery)
Forth-timers: Temporary ban from the board (i.e His Palace).
Fifth-timers: Temporary ban from OMH SG Forum.
