I may redo it later..I decided to post it because I know the last few lines (the 'one more dawn, etc' part) can be confusing as to when to start that line in the song. I think I started in the right place so anyone confused as to when to start that line can use my track as a guide. I had trouble with that part and had to do 3 or 4 takes.

Hmm...I really don't like the way the karaoke does the ending...the long pause and then the rush to get the words out. I don't suppose anyone has another version of this, huh?

I've tried so many different ways to get this to work...its just a weird ending, plain and simple.

EDIT: Figured out that this is the London version of "One Day More" O_o from the original recording.

I took a (pretty nice) midi and removed the 'vocal instruments' off it, and I think it could work for us...ya'll listen and tell me what you think. Do you prefer the midi, or the karaoke track?

One thing about the midi (and I've noticed this on all midis) is that there is like a staticky at the very beginning. It's not too noticeable though..I don't know how to get rid of it though.

Yea that static seems to come in whenever I use Hamienet to turn the midis to MP3. But I don't know what other way I could convert them. :/ I guess for this song we'll just use the original karaoke.

I made my part fairly quiet at the choral part. I can work with it and make it louder if need be.

It sounds SO amazing Pam! Just... wow. I tried to work on my part yesterday but my voice just didn't want to cooperate. Bah. Lol. And I won't be able to do any more recording until like the 13th, because my best friend is coming to stay with me then. :D

However, in addition to the leads who need to get their solo bits in for this, anyone who wants to is more than welcome to record an ensemble track for this song! Just record it and post it here.

I just realized..I missed one of the choral parts! Oh well..I'll fix that next time I am alone in the house.

Okay, Pam found a new AWESOME track of "One Day More" for us to use. I'll be PMing it out to the soloists of this song. When they record their parts, I'll put them all together and post a file for the ensemble to record their parts to. :) Sound good? I REALLY want to at least get this song done, so lets try it!

To anyone who's coming in to record, use the track that Pam (LadyPontmercy) posted above to lay down your track. It contains both Marius and Cosette's parts, and is thusfar the most completed track. I'll be added in my part later today, hopefully, and I'll post the new link when its ready.

I fixed my part!! I had sung the wrong notes at first. But now it should be okay.
