dearest members and potential members,

i've done a lot of thinking on this, and i've decided that i need to shut down this site for a little while. it's not terribly active at the moment, and i feel the added stress it puts on me trying to keep it afloat is unnecessary. i know several of our members have responsibilities on other role-playing sites, myself included, and to add to that, summertime is a busy time for us all. so, i feel this may be for the best. i know for myself, i will need to really get it in gear and try and find a job so i can hopefully move out of my mother's house in the near future. with that, and keeping up on my other main site, my hands are really quite full, and i just can't seem to find the time nor drive to devote to high times, hard times it deserves. so, i hope you'll all understand - i don't want to do this - but i feel it's necessary. hopefully, sometime in the future, my life with slow down a bit again, and i'll be able to breathe life back into this site and try again. but for now, i feel it's best to just put it to sleep.

you all have truly been wonderful, and i've enjoyed every minute of role-playing newsies with you. but for now, adieu, loves (although for those of you that play on the new dawn with me, i shall see you over there <3).
