Stumbled across this website, who happen to do feral elves. Seem like theres some cool minis and potentially cheap centigors...depending on the scale of them. But i cant quite tell from images and from the actual website.
Another question, are they even producing these minis any more?
Any one bought any lately? if so, where?

They indeed do look nice. And the price aint that bad either. What scale are the centigors supposed to be ? For comparison. Well you can always try and purchase one or two, and then post pics and write us what you found. I am actually really tempted to get those femle centigors, as my herd already has some "beastly females" (Satyxis blood witches mixed in with the besigor unit).

I have recieved a reply via email from the production team. So to answer my own question...yes they are still in production!

As for the scale, they have informed me most of the range is between 28-30mm in height and come with 25mm slotted bases (although they look small enough to comfortably fit on a 20mm) so there should be some nice alternatives for Gors, Ungors, Shaman, Beastlords, Bestigors and hopefully their centigors(centyr) a big enough to fit a cav base.

So anyone looking for some lady-beasts to fill the ranks then go to http://members.optushome.com.au/cynan/FERAL_MINIS.htm

The majority of the range have hooves and horns but they aren't as furry as GWs beastmen and they all have more of an elvish/humanoid face.

They all seem quite cheap, majority being 4.25 AUD each.
I've placed an order for a few models to see how they fit into my army. So I'll add some pics to my army diary upon receiving the minis.

I love the giant drum in the "drummer&drum kit" mini - that would look so cool next to the herdstone with a beastman thumping on it.

Yea, could be used as a quite nice unit filler too.
I'm yet to make a herdstone...so it's a possible option ninja.gif

I ll copy paste what they emailed me abou the scaling for Centyrs:

Thank you for your inquiry.

I have attached some images of two of the heavy centyrs to assist with scale/measurements MMHCN01 is the leader and she measures from the top of the base to the top her rump as 24.5 mm and from the top of the base to the top of her head is 48mm. MMHCN03 is the musician and she measures from the top of the base to the top of her rump is 28mm and from the top of the base to the top of her head is 42mm. The infantry are approximately 28mm to the eye with some variation amongst figures/poses. Hope this helps.

I also ship anywhere that has a postal service.

Any further questions please let me know.

Regards

Soo, ima gonna get some "SheBeasts" i guess laugh.gif (happyness)

EDIT: Standard GW Centygors are 28 mm scale right ? Thus these should fit the same size, at least thats the impression i got from the email.

Possibly "Heroic" 28mm scale, but in principle yes. Though what exactly constitutes the "28mm" scale seem to vary among sculptors.

Less confusingly, humans may well be at "28mm scale", but how big is actually a Centigor in comparison to an "in-scale" human? We don't know, and as such really only by measuring the models or better comparing them directly is it possible to establish exactly how well they will "fit".

Do I make any sense? It's impossible to say whether a "28mm scale" Centigor will look good alongside another sculptor's model, even though the scale should technically be the same.

I guess even if they are a bit smaller it wouldn't matter too much. Plenty of animals vary in size depending on sex. Ungor size would be fine I think, just waiting to compare centigors.
Light centyrs seem very small- looks like the fit (just) onto a 25mm base

@Snowblizz, makes sense to me thumbsup.gif

Awesome! Did you get the big drum? I'd love to see a pic of that amongst some beastmen, seriously considering buying it for unit filler or something fluffy.

Ahh the hobby gods are fickle!
Have recieved my minis today but alas my glue bottle has been glued shut!
But from what I can make out the scales are pretty damn good.
Champion fits a 25 base and height is the same as a Gor (although a lot leaner)
Heavy Centyr matches a Centigor pretty much perfectly
And light infantry mini matches an Ungor but is probably too small to substitute as a gor

So tomorrow I'll get some more glue and get some pics up!
