Agreed. We have some absolute wizards here on the stone and I just can't wait to see what has been magic-ed up!

Ha! I was starting to think you were already done, I should have known better.

I am looking forward tot his one, and hopefully one that I can enter next time. It just takes me way too long to paint a big monster, which sucks because I really enjoy doing these comps.

Hey Chaos, always wondered, can great painters like you paint "down" to a lower level or do you find that difficult to do?

My entry will probably be as ready as it's getting before I go to bed tonight, I'm gunning for another "nil point" result but at least I'm painting something vaguely Beastman for the first time in months thumbsup.gif

You win just by entering the competition. You got a new monster painted, probably to a high standard, and you get to show it off to us all. I would feel great if I had managed to get something done to enter. Next time....maybe next time.

Yeah, I know, that's why I'm entering. It'll be an old monster to an acceptable tabletop standard, but otherwise I totally agree. thumbsup.gif

So what's your excuse? tongue.gif

Just time... I do get some painting time, but I'm working towards a tight deadline for entering a campaign where only painted models are allowed. So I can't really justify painting a big monster that's not part of my army list (if I cast transformation there are models in the store I can borrow). Once I have my core army painted I will totally join in with the competition even when the theme is more peripheral.

Kudos to all of you who entered!
