The conversion looks great, but I don't like the pants.

I like - even the pants. Could use some more highlights on them though? Maybe even some more "fur" on the body so not as much contrast? Can you also show a picture from the front? Like to see what you did with the "gut plate hole".

Look forward to the next update!

Really like the conversion, what should it be though (gaming wise and fluff wise) ? A minotaur or chaos ogre I think?
Painting is nicely done and conversion is great as well, but I agree the pants look a bit off. I think they're a bit too bright/happy for my taste. But that's just me. I'm not sure how to do it differently though. The patches seem to large to do in a single colour. But the stripes just seem too happy for the beast that wears them. Maybe a darker colour, possibly with smudges or stitches of some kind would do it for me.

But anyway, nice conversion, and nice painting. I'd love to see more of your work. This start looks very promising smile.gif

Nice wolfitaur.

I must make one constructive criticism; he needs a wolf tail poking out the back of his trousers!

I think he looks fabulous! I'm with Beastlord Karankawa, photos from the front please! And maybe a line of fur down his back would help to "join" the head to the body. I'm also with Daftgor.. a tail would be splendid! biggrin.gif I like the controversial pants, I think maybe all that is missing from them is some blacklining between the stripes. I like the wound on his back, his weapon is great, and you've painted nice skintones! All in all, more please! smile.gif

I like what you did with the minotaurs. For more variety you could also try the other minotaur models of course, but I guess you think they don't look that good. I can understand that. Personally I don't mind them that much, but sure they can be vastly improved tongue.gif

I like the pants on the second wolftaur better, but that's probably a personal preference wink.gif

Good work on the gut plate disguise, looks pretty smooth there. I'm curious though: what's that thing on his base? (I don't mean the rock, but the machine-type thing)

Hound is nicely painted too. I don't understand why they took such a step back from the metal models, I really preferred them.

Keep up the good work, and keep them pics coming tongue.gif

from what I can see of them they look very nice tongue.gif

maybe take a little time and care to photograph them nicely so we can admire them properly! If you have questions on how to do it there are a lot of knowledgeable people on this forum.

Front of the looks good, from what I can see! Do you have a 'macro' setting on your camera? It's usually indicated by a flower symbol. It really helps you to take clearer pictures, so that we can all enjoy them more!! biggrin.gif Also, I would use something matte (like a piece of white paper) behind the model, the surface you have taken them against is reflecting the light. Don't forget to turn off your flash if you can, daylight is best. Not that I'm a great photographer, just I've learned these things the hard way... laugh.gif I'm liking the look of the Minotaurs, and the hound too! Looking forward to more (better!) pics... biggrin.gif
