As some of you know, I have started a Night Goblin Army for various reasons. Either way, I felt I should share in their creation. My first warband size unit of Night Goblins has been painted (although they still need to be based) and they are my first unit. Without further ado...

Brilliant, but get a neutral light... that yellow is burning my eyes out.

I will probably be posting a regiment myself in the near future. I went with blue robes, a spear that is dark with extreme freehand wood grain to a bright red, and I actually sliced up their shields and spears with a hobby knife, painted them then went back into the cracks and gave them fresh metal to give the sense of these weapons are old and used, and when they get cut into new metal is revealed.

That is probably one of the best uses of those colors I have ever seen. Does that squig come with the sprue? I feel inspired!

Yeah... I am going to use them as unit champions me thinks... I love the squig and it's sort of an ongoing theme...
Also, I think this army is going to become "Da Firestartaz" with charred earth basis and some flames... Just imagine the conversion options with flames and goblins ;p Squigs will be posted in a little bit. --------------------

I really love the blue of the squigs it contrasts very well with the red of the fire gobbos. I have a suggestion, maybe you should sculpt a squig made out of fire, like a ball of fire squig, it would look soooooo cool! + it would be something a greenskin would, light a squig on fire.
