Fanatic Magazine, Is it worth ordering?

The Pessimistic Raven Group: Moderators Posts: 5,512 Member No.: 78 Joined: 12-April 04	I love my Mordheim and thus I'm always on the lookout for more new rules, scenarios, etc, for the system. Has Fanatic magazine been coming up with some decent articles for Mordheim, or is it being largely pushed aside in favour of the other systems? As the shops here don't stock any Fanatic stuff (no I'm not bitter...), I havn't been able to check whether the magazine was decent or not. If the Mordheim site was actually updated once in a while I might not have this problem, but unfortunately it's the most poorly run site of all the Fanatic games - at least the others get the articles from the magazine uploaded their respective sites. Don't bother with Fanatic magazine. I've been a subscriber since the beginning - when they discontinued Town Crier for Mordhiem, I had my subscription rolled over in to Fanatic. Fanatic magazine doesn't publish much for Mordheim - usually 1 short article per issue. Besides I just received notice that they're discontinuing Fanatic magazine. If I remember correctly, issue #10 will be the last one. As I understand it, the Fanatic stuff is being rolled back in to GW and will be supported primarily online. If you didn't already know, the Mordheim living rule book was updated on line not all that long ago (maybe a month or so). -------------------- Nurgle is the hope born from the inevitability of death and decay. Sadly as the magazine where good but GWd on�t think so.
