I found this on the iStore (but it's as a generic eBook on the Black Library site), the short story Mark of the Beast which was originally in Way of the Dead.

Has a good perspective from the Beastmen side.

I don't recall seeing it, maybe I keep missing the post, but in the Grail Knight Bretonnian Omnibus the first book is about Beastmen and includes a reference for Shadowgave (otherwise the only other explanation was in Lost and the Damned/Slaves to Darkness).

Shamanslayer is a great read, as i recall the beasts shaman was using herdstone dragged along by the tribe to turn men into beastmen.
there are also beastmen in either deamon or/and Dragon slayer as chaos invades Kislev.
Also in...trollslayer i believe, there is a young woman (witch) raised by beastmen females and she now leads the herd.

Mallus Darkblade book 1 has a nice piece about a shaman led beast tribe.

Knight Errant has the bretonnians run into beastmen as the brets are hunting down orcs, there are some nice battles described, so far the Knights of Bretonnia books are my favs.

(Read all the Knights Of Bretonnia, Gotrek and felix up to shamanslayer, All the Mallus Darkblade stuff, Thanquals Doom and now getting started on the Dwarf book)
