Wanted to have plenty of magic weapons just to be able to deal with ethereal.

i cannot stand the razorgor models, so i do not field them

i do not use raiders, from reading the way skirmishers work, they are not real good at redirecting because they form up against charges instead of chargers wheeling against frontage??
just re read this, looks like skirmishers follow the same rules. they tighten up but keep the same facing, when charged.

Razorgors are easy to convert. Check out the modeling section for details - they're really good, so you should field them.

You're not reading the Skirmishers' loose formation correctly - all the "packing in" effect does is make them stand next to each other when you're in combat.

I have several problems with this list. The first is that 10 Gors do nothing but die, and set up a potential disaster for you in the form of chain-Panic. The second is that I don't like any of the gear loadouts on your characters - if you're going to bring big units, you have to bring insurance for them in the form of the Crown of Command, and even the Crown of Horns should be considered. You're also not taking advantage of our powerful magic engine (the Herdstone), our premier way to pick off characters (the Hagtree Fetish), or our secondary dice generation engine (the Jagged Dagger on a Great Bray-Shaman that can fight).

Your proposed change is a good start, but I would actually take the points spent on the small Gor Herd as well as a bit of what's being spent on Raiders and the bigger Gor Herd and make a big block of Ungors for tarpitting purposes. They've served me quite well.

i do have the crown of command on a wargor in 1 of the bestigor units, hard to get the 75 point crown of horns in. i will look at it.

i am not a big fan of magic phase, but i have seen how powerful this can be, i have done the herd crew before.

i just noticed that i had The Beast Banner in a steadfast unit. Should i run 3 horde formations?

The big unit of 52 gor was suppose to be my tarpit. but i take a look at it, thanks for the input.
