In a world where it's either do as the demons tell you or die, it's not surprising most of the hunters are incognito. Many have lost all their faith and are slowly converting, to them, God's given up fighting for the human race.

There are still a few hunters who'd rather die than succumb. They hide out, living normal lives as normal people but keeping an eye out for demons.

They are the Outcasts.
