OOC:// Well, Wing and I were reading through the old story (and laughing our heads off the whole time :P ) and we thought that it would be fun to continue it. Now, other than the cleaning up of the forums themselves, nothing much has been done to really bring it back (no offense meant, guys, really), and how else to bring back a site than to make it active again? So, Wing and I are restarting this story both to do just that, and to show that this site isn't as dead as it looks.
Note: This is more of a description/setting post and kinda-sorta vague-ish... A small pointed face peered about the clearing, waiting for the right moment to give the apointed signal. It was dark out, and the moon did not shine down through the thick layer of clouds; the clouds themselves being dark, and bearing the threat of rain, and wind. His beady eyes darting about, the treerat leader–Yeeragagaalmooga–raised a paw slightly in preparation to give the signal that was patiently awaited by his followers and comrades, when something landed on the tip of his nose that cuased him to pause. Dark eyes, like newly shined buttons, swivelling inward, they focused upon the tiny drop on the very end of his nose, an almost child-like fascination in those eyes. But it was not to last. The droplet soon began to roll, drip, and finally dropped off his nose alltogether with a kerplop that was ne'er audible to the unaided ear, and with that, his concentration was broken. Raising his paw completely, stretching it as high as he could into the drizzle that was slowly making it's way down through the canopy and began a slow, steady; and yet undeniably crazed chant. "Killa, killa, killya tem now. Killa, killa, killa tem now!" |
