The first match in ECHW history!, Tag Team action

[Metal Michael Toaster]

*Ring Announcer Joe Michaels is in the ring*

Joe: Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce the commentators for ECHW, the voices of EVE...NAKED VISCERA and KATHY BURKE!

*Vis and Kathy make their way to the commentators table*

Joe: Now, the following contest is a Tag Team match...and it is Falls Count Anywhere! It will feature tournament match vs. tournament match!

*This Fire Burns h.its the speakers as Nitro Nick makes his way to the ring. Nick comes out to a big pop and awaits his partner*

Joe: His partner...

*America's Most Hated plays and Dave Shadow comes down to the ring to a chorus of boos. He's notably unhappy to be teaming with Nick*

Joe: Their opponents, first...

*It's Not Unusual plays and Mark Madison comes down to the ring. Some fans are cheering and some are wondering how the former EVE World Champion became such a Pokemon-loving freak...*

Joe: His opponent...

*The first note of I Am hits the speakers and the roar of the crowd muffles the rest of the song as Martin Berntsen comes down to the biggest pop so far*

The bell rings and all 4 men are reluctant to start the match. Dave Shadow and Nitro Nick have a war of words in their corner which turns into a shoving contest. Dave slaps Nick in the face. Nick at first looks like he's gonna take it, but instead he grabs Dave and throws him outside the ring. Nick goes after him and the 2 exchange punches on the outside. Meanwhile, Mark and Martin are seen grabbing weapons out from under the ring. They each grabs a chair and walk over to where Nick and Dave are still fighting. Martin comes behind Nick and hits him in the back with the steel chair! Mark is about to do the same to Dave, but Dave hits him with a low blow, followed by a belly-to-belly suplex on the concrete floor! Meanwhile, Martin hits Nick with a few snap suplexes until he's attacket from behind by Dave Shadow! Shelton turns around and stares Dave in the face and the fans go crazy for the 2 GWF co-owners having a staredown. Shadow ends the staredown by giving Martin a kick in the midsection. Dave gets him in a Powerbomb position and lifts him up, but he's hit from behind by Mark Madison!

Mark and Martin look at each other, then at Dave, then at each other, then they start stomping a double-mudhole on Dave. The fans cheer, but it's not for the attack on Dave. Nitro Nick is in the ring with a ladder he brought during the Dave/Martin staredown. Nick sets the ladder up right near the ropes and climbs up. Mark and Martin are unaware of this and contiue to stomp on Dave. Nick does some kind of taunt that makes the crowd go crazy, and then does a Moonsault off the ladder, crashing down to Mark Madison and Martin!

Vis: Holy Shit!

Kathy: It's our first match and we've already nearly pushed it to the limit!
The crowd starts a "Holy Shit!" chant as Nick slowly gets up. Nick uses the ring apron to help him rise and he climbs into the ring. He ascends to the top turnbuckle, but he decides to get off, as everyone is too far away. Nick heads back to the outside and lifts Mark Madison off the ground. Nick sets him on his shoulders and attempts to hit him with a Nitro Driver, but Martin comes from behind with a Double Leg Take Down. Martin rolls Nick into the ring and commands Martin to set him up sitting against the turnbuckle. Mark does do and Martin goes to the other side of the ring with a steel chair. Martin climbs to the top turnbuckle and with one leap of faith, he goes for the Van Terminator. He doesn't realize, however, that Dave Shadow is outside the ring. As Martin and the steel chair fly through the air, Dave pulls Nick to the outside of the ring, sending Martin crashing to the canvas.

Dave punches Nick on the outside of the ring! He then heads into the ring and meets Mark Madison. Madison hits Dave with a big boot and then attempts to Irish Whip the Irishman, but Shadow revereses into an Irish Whip of his own and connects with a Flapjack! Dave sees Martin lying on the ground, still hurt from the failed Van Terminator. Dave thinks quick and goes for a cover.

NO! Martin gets his foot on the bottom rope.

Nick enters the ring and hits a DDT on the recovering Mark Madison. He then takes the ladder he jumped off before, and sets it up in a different location. He slowly and painfully climbs it. He reaches the top and looks to be doing another moonsault, but Dave sees Nick. Dave takes Martin's steel chair he used for the Van Terminator, and hits the base of the ladder with it, sending the ladder with Nick on it to fall like a tall tree, Nick falls to the outside of the ring.

Dave turns around to finish off Martin, but he's caught with some Sweet Chin Music! Martin is too tired to go for the cover but Dave is lying right there. At this moment, Mark Madison sees Dave lying on the ground and goes for the cover himself.

KICKOUT!

Kathy: That was close!

Dave kicked out at 2 and 1/2 and Mark is in disbelief. Mark signals for the end and lifts Dave upside-down for the Powerpuff Driver, but he drops Dave!

Naked Vis: Dead weight?

Kathy: Nah. Mark's just worn out.

Martin B finally gets up. He picks up Dave and Irish Whips him to the turnbuckle.

Kathy: Lots of Irish Whips in this match.

Vis: Funny how Dave was involved in all of them...

With the crowd cheering, Martin runs at Dave and hits him with the Shelton Splash! Dave staggers right into Mark Madison, who gives him a Powerpuff Driver! Nitro Nick enters the ring but he's caught with a Spear from Mark Madison! Martin climbs the top rope and hits Dave with a Five Star Frog Splash, ending in a cover.

*I Am hits the speakers and Martin Berntsen and Mark Madison celebrate their win. However, both make it known that they want to ECHW World Heavyweight Championship*

Nice! I'm liking the fact I don't have any power whatsoever, and the thrill of actually being excited reading the matches. Shame I lost, but that just inmspires me to become even better.
