When an MS is upgraded from one class to another say Melee to Berzerker the +3 perfomance of the Melee is replaced by the +4 of the berzerker, yes?

A question on the reverse then. If you upgrade Sniper to Marksman, do you loose 2 System slots or just the one?

nah... for the system i think it will remain the same so when you upgrade the frame you'll only had one slot system left in addition to the free system you get, so i think it will look like this
