Rights

The Middle Class and the Poor have comparitivly low civil rights when compared to other countries. The Upper Middle Class and the Lower High Class enjoy moderate political freedoms and have plenty of civil freedoms. The Rich or the High class enjoy enough civil rights to shoot a [poor] person and only get a fine and have nearly direct control over the government.

Government
Highly Bureaucratic at the local levels, as entire towns are owned by competing corporations. Infact this caused the rail system to be screwed up as corporations charged other corporations for using their rail lines or going to their rail station. As a result, railway owners were ENCOURAGED to build railroads AROUND towns and cities.
While on the national level, the bureaucracy is choking the very foundation and administration, causing logistical problems, yet the Army has has few organizational due to it's tendancy to shoot those who gain alot of complaints.

Interaction with the Rich
The Interactions of the Government and the Rich is rather unsteady and it is routine for several government officials that are unable to satisify the interests of the Rich to be fired and replaced by those who are much more incompetant yet slightly more able to please them. There are groups of corporations that try to get elected officials to vote for changes that will benefit them. There are also reports from the fierce competit

A good example of which would be when the Corporate Confederacy invaded Anarchistan for their resources and the lack there of of coordinated government. The Rich pushed the Military to go forward on their plans or suffer budget cut backs and so the army invaded. Though in most offensive simulations the army conducts, they are fighting a centralized foe similiar to the Corporate Confederacy. The army captured one fourth of Anarchistan in one week. That satisfied the Generals and Corporations, but the minute they find out the Anarchistani militia mobilized slowly(it would be several days after the invasion before they would call to arms) and that intense fighting went on behind the lines. The Corporate Confederacy pulled out of Anarchistan and decided to take over Cheap Exploited Labor. They surrendered and provide an excellent source of cheap labour.
