Couldn't Nekoki have found a Skill that wouldn't harm Tsuki?

That was the only thing in Daini's head right now. That and making sure Tsuki is okay. He was so stuck on worrying about Tsuki that he forgot to use his car. So now he's running. He can't get to the car now. He's too far away to get back now.

Far in the back of his head, he had guilt about leaving Suki just like that. But he cared for Tsuki. He had to see if she was fine.

You'd do the same for the others. said a voice in his head.

This was true, he has the difficulty of figuring out whiom he likes more. But he can't stay on the subject forever.

"Apartment nearest to CCCorp... Apartment nearest to - Ah!" He skid to a halt, finding the apartment. "Thirteenth floor, thirteenth room." That's what he said as he rushed into the elevator.

Making it to the thirteenth floor, he rushed to the room. It open, like she said. Daini sighed as he opened the door. "Tsuki!" He scanned the room until he eventually found her on the floor with Touya stting by her.

"Tsuki!" He ran over to Tsuki and knelt beside her. Touya hised at him but he wasn't caring. He placed a hand on her forehead and another over one of her wrists. She felt warm, good sign, and there's a pulse. Also good.

He heard the hissing again and turned to Touya. Daini smiled. He picked up Tsuki and placed her on her bed. He sighed, sitting at the edge of the bed.

Why does this have to happen to Tsuki?

[[To make my writing more interesting, we get it from Touya the cat’s perspective. Writing from the perspective of those who don’t talk is fun.]]

“Tsuki!” A voice exclaimed. Touya hissed loudly, bristling his short brown fur in an attempt to look larger. A tall, bespectacled man had just waltzed his into the house, without doing so much as knocking. His eyes scanned the small, tidy apartment, looking for something. “Tsuki!” He repeated, running up to where Touya’s owner, Tsuki, was lying limp. The small kitty bristled even more, hissing even more loudly. His hisses were completely ignored by the tall man in glasses. The man placed a hand on Tsuki’s forehead, and another on her wrist. What was he checking for? Tsuki smelled alive, therefore she was. What kind of idiot was this man? Touya hissed again. The tall man turned around, Touya flinched, but a face other than annoyance or anger was there. A smile. The thing he got, other than treats, when Tsuki was happy with him.

The tall man picked up Tsuki, taking to her where her bed was. Touya once again yowled, but a little less loud. It sounded much more like a meow. He gently placed Tsuki down on her bed, neatly made as usual. However, no cat hair was on it today, which was unusual. The man sat on the edge of the bed, sighing. That was a noise people made when worried or sad and needed to be cheered. He knew this from Tsuki, who always let him up on the couch when she sighed.

Touya, rather ungracefully, jumped onto the bed, and rubbed against the man’s arm, purring softly. Maybe the tall man wasn’t so bad, seemed to care greatly for Tsuki…But obviously not as much as Touya. He decided to give the man a distant, but existent, 2nd place. Thus bumping down the short lady and Tsuki’s mother. Neither of them were tall or strong enough to pick her up.

“Hnnph…” A short, muffled grumble came from Tsuki’s direction. Touya immediately stopped trying to cheer the tall man, and rushed up the bed to his owner. He mewed softly, rubbing against Tsuki’s face. “Stop that…Your nose is cold…” She mumbled. Tsuki sat up, rubbing her back. Her eyes were tightly squinted shut. “What time is it…? And how did I get here?” She mumbled other things, but Touya couldn’t hear them. She was turned the opposite direction of the tall man and the cat, reaching for a clock on her bookshelf.

“Hmn…About…40 minuets then…” Tsuki mumbled, swinging her legs around and putting down the clock. Touya sprung out of the way, so her feet hit the tall man. She perked, giving her surroundings a good look. “Oh! Hello, Daini! Sorry, I didn’t see you there!” She slid herself forward, until she was sitting next to the tall man.

“I told you not to worry about me, Daini…” She said, smiling slightly wearily, leaning her head on his shoulder. “But…Thank you for not listening to me on that…” Tsuki seemed to like the tall man quite a lot. She lifted her head to give him a soft kiss on the cheek, then moved her head back down to the man’s shoulder. Well, Tsuki liked him, so perhaps he could allow them within a few feet of each other. But, Tsuki in general had a very small idea of personal space, and was warm and friendly to almost all people.

He jumped onto Tsuki’s lap, mewing quietly. She calmly began to stroke his small, furry head. “Did Touya have a fit when you came in?” She asked, laughing quietly. “I bet he did. He doesn’t seem to be acting up much right now, though…”

Something bruashed up against Daini's arm, purring. He looked down, seeing Touya. This was slighly confusing. First he hisses at the man, then he's trying to comfort him. Then it hit him.

“Eh-he. My cat’s a bit territorial. And he hates it when the vast majority men get within 10 feet of me. Kind of like a brother or something. To most people, he’s either practically invisible, or rather annoyed at them. But, it he does in fact like you, then he’s an affectionate cat. Kind of like you, I guess.” Daini smiled.

He scratched the cat on the ear, saying, "I guess we're two of a kind."

At that moment, there was a short grumble, and Touya zipped to Tsuki's side. He rubbed up against her face. “Stop that…Your nose is cold…” She mumbled. Daini sighed of relife. She's okay... She can move. She's alive.

Pretty soon, he felt someone's foot bump against his hip. “Oh! Hello, Daini! Sorry, I didn’t see you there!” was what Tsuki exclaimed before sliding next to Daini. “I told you not to worry about me, Daini…” She said, smiling slightly wearily, leaning her head on his shoulder. “But…Thank you for not listening to me on that…” She kissed him on the cheek.

"I had to do something. I didn't want you hurt, or worse, with no one to protect you... Other than Touya." he added in hastily.

Touya jumped onto Tsuki’s lap, mewing quietly. She calmly began to stroke his small, furry head. “Did Touya have a fit when you came in?” She asked, laughing quietly. “I bet he did. He doesn’t seem to be acting up much right now, though…”

"He hissed a couple times but that was it. I wouldn't blame him though. It would be kind of surprising, seeing someone burst through the door like how I did a minute ago." Daini smiled at the cat. "I would have to say, you have a fine cat."

"He hissed a couple times but that was it. I wouldn't blame him though. It would be kind of surprising, seeing someone burst through the door like how I did a minute ago." The tall man said, smiling at Touya. "I would have to say, you have a fine cat."

“Yup! My loving, territorial, little bundle of brown fluff! He doesn’t shed much, and he keeps me company.” Tsuki also smiled at Touya, still petting him gently. Touya purred, but he had always though he shed plenty. Cat-hair was the indoors approved way of marking territory. But Tsuki always vacuumed it up.

Touya suddenly perked, rushing out of the room. He had just scene a spider in the not to distant hall. He loved killing and eating spiders. Tsuki looked disgusted when he ate them, but she didn’t seem to mind him killing them.

“Who has ‘cat ADD.’” Tsuki added, as he pounced on the choice prey. To him, the only thing that was more fun than spiders was Tsuki’s ankles as she got out the shower…But this had less negative repercussions.

[Thus we start see things from Tsuki’s 3rd person perspective.]

Tsuki yawned, stretching. “Hmn…I may have a few bruises…But that was from being jutted around by Mori probably caused that. I’d probably bruise less easily if I drank milk, but milk is disgusting.” She paused momentarily to flatten her hair with her hands, which had been on the fritz. “Speaking of milk, or rather more pleasant culinary concoctions, I’m starving. Want to get a bite to eat?”

Touya pounced on the spider, then scooped up the semi-crushed spider in his mouth, then swallowed. “Blech. That’s disgusting, Touya. You could just kill the spider…” Tsuki said, making a face. “I’m never going to get that trained out him, though.” Tsuki laughed, jumping off her bed.

“But, before we do anything, I need to check something out.” Tsuki walked over to where her computer sat, the goggles and controller where I had sat them down before blacking out. She was curious about something. She picked up the controller, slipped on the goggles, then logged back into ‘The World.’

=====

When she logged back in, instead of in the route town, she found that she was in the room that she had used Calamity. It turned out to actually be on the final floor, a side room off the Gott Statue. She tried to change out of First person mode, but it didn’t seem to be workingOn the wall, carved in and pulsing dim light, was the prayer that had appeared.

QUOTE ("Wall Carvings")

=====

“Hn…Seems like I left a permanent mark on that field.” Tsuki said, slipping off her goggles and pointing towards the screen. What she had seen on her goggles was on the screen also. It was in 1st person mode, the pulsing kanji. “A plea to an unknown god to send an angel of Calamity…It reminds me slightly of ‘La Pucelle: Tactics.’” She once again slipped on her goggles, gating back into the route town.

It took a little longer than usual for some reason.

It shifted back to 3rd person mode, as was the default. It didn’t quite look how her PC normally did, though. The clothing had changed, for one. The top had been altered just slightly. Instead of coming to a triangle in the middle, it was flat all the way across. It was cut lower, accentuating her cleavage. Coiled in a circle around her upper body was a vine tattoo. On her shoulder blades, since it still dropped in the back, two small wing tattoes had appeared. Tsuki’s skirt was still floor length, but it had turned white also. She pulled up her skirt slightly, seeing that her sandals had been replaced instead with tall, knee-high white boots. Her hair was still long and black, still in the same style. She was thankful her cat tail and ears remained. Her class, when she read it, was still Alchemist.

She flinched, but uncleached when she realized she was just hearing the bing of Flashmail

QUOTE (“Flash Mail”)
To: Tsuki
From: 強大な神

You no longer need to pray to have the Angel of Calamity sent. You are the angel of Calamity.

She logged out, blinking in surprise.
=====

“You no longer need to pray to have the Angel of Calamity sent. You are the angle of Calamity…” She muttered, reciting the phrase. “Hmn…From ‘God.’” She looked slightly concerned at this strange message and her sudden character design change. But, she quickly brushed it off, smiling.

“So…Shall we go anywhere to get food? Anything will work.” She made a face. “Except sushi.” Tsuki laughed. She shut down her computer, then stood up, smiling again.

Touya suddenly perked, rushing out of the room. Daini leaned over a bit to try to see what the little cat was doing. Soon, he realized he was going after a spider.

“Who has ‘cat ADD.’” Tsuki added, as he pounced on the choice prey. Daini chuckled a bit. Tsuki yawned, stretching. “Hmn…I may have a few bruises…But that was from being jutted around by Mori probably caused that. Want to get a bite to eat?”

"Eh?" Daini looked a Tsuki for a moment then said, "Uh... Yeah." He was not expecting a question like that. Well, she's just asking if he wanted to eat with her.

“Blech. That’s disgusting, Touya. You could just kill the spider…” Tsuki said, making a face. “I’m never going to get that trained out him, though.” Tsuki laughed, jumping off her bed.

He looked, reading the message. "Hopefully some people won't notice. 'Specially the Graphics Designers. They won't be too thrilled about the place having pulsing marks in their Field Designs."

“A plea to an unknown god to send an angel of Calamity…It reminds me slightly of ‘La Pucelle: Tactics.’” She slipped her goggleson again. She flinched after a short minutes and said: “You no longer need to pray to have the Angel of Calamity sent. “So…Shall we go anywhere to get food? Anything will work.” She made a face. “Except sushi.” Tsuki laughed. She shut down her computer, then stood up, smiling again.

Letting the message sink in, Daini chuckled. He had a pretty good idea why she said that. "I really love sushi, but Italian and Chinese food better." Are there any resturaunts around here like that? He looked over at Tsuki. "Could there be, by chance, an Italian, or Chinese Resturaunt nearby?"

He felt kind of stupid asking that, bu he's done plenty stupid things.

[[Ooc: Viva Bella=Real café that’s very awesome. Just…Not anywhere near Tokyo. Gotta derive from what you know…So, hey. I don’t know much about humidity, since I live way out of any oceans reach. We have dry heat. And at least a foot of snow each winter. You get sick of both of them the day after they come.]]

"Could there be, by chance, an Italian, or Chinese Restaurant nearby?" Daini asked. Tsuki laughed slightly, folding her arms.

“Of course. I live right near downtown Tokyo. But it’s still a little early for dinner…I know a nice little café downtown…Quiet, good sandwiches. They even have sandwiches that taste good with avocado…And I don’t touch that gross green stuff.” She nodded, scooping up Touya, who had been rubbing against her legs, and stroking his head. “It’s called ‘Café Viva Bella.’ It’s such a darling place.”

Tsuki paused, listening to a noise outside. She dropped the cat, and rushed over to a window facing the streets. She threw open a curtain, opened the window. The loud noise of rain pouring over a city could be heard more clearly now. A cold breeze rushed in, and she quickly shut the window.

“Rain!” She exclaimed, happily. Heavy rain was her favorite weather, always had been. “Finally! It’s been so horribly humid the past couple days, making it seems four hundred times hotter! And it’s going to knock some pollution out of the air hopefully too.” She walked over to her door, where a tall, skinny coat rack stood erect. She pulled from it a knee-length jacket that didn’t appear to get much use. It was a bright, cherry blue. Tsuki also produced two umbrellas from a small thin bucket beneath the tall coat rack. One was a navy blue, which she tossed towards Daini, and the other matched the coat in hue. Both of them seemed to have seen much more use.

She opened her door, and started to walk out, then turned at gestured to Daini. “Let’s go, then! No better time to leave that when it’s cool and stormy, you know!”

[[Ooc: I wish it was raining here. I hate the heat more than I hate getting wet. But, judging by where I live, I have a pretty skewed idea of the weather. For example, last winter…I was extremely surprised at how warm it was…At 30 degrees. I even took my coat off!]]

((OOC: But doesn't humidity come after rain? And I don't know much about this cafe so can I say it's at like somewhere downtown or something? Actually you even said it's downtown. We'll go with that then, ne?))

Tsuki laughed slightly, folding her arms.

“Of course. I live right near downtown Tokyo. But it’s still a little early for dinner… I know a nice little café downtown… Quiet, good sandwiches. They even have sandwiches that taste good with avocado… And I don’t touch that gross green stuff.” She nodded, scooping up Touya, who had been rubbing against her legs, and stroking his head. “It’s called ‘Café Viva Bella.’ It’s such a darling place.”

Daini nodded, thinking for a moment. Viva Bella... The name strikes a couple of bells... where've I heard of that name before? Had I eaten there? Probably not... but then again my memory can be irritably forgetful. Maybe I've just heard of it and never bothered to check.

“Rain!” Daini jumped a little and noticed Tsuki peering out of the window. She seemed happy. “Finally! It’s been so horribly humid the past couple days, making it seems four hundred times hotter! And it’s going to knock some pollution out of the air hopefully too.”

Daini cocked his head to the side and smiled. Rain is nice, but after rain is more humidity. So after the cold it should be a bit more humid... Don't think she'll be happy about the fact, though.

An umbrella plopped right next to me on the bed. He saw Tsuki opened her door, and started to walk out, then turned at gestured to Daini. “Let’s go, then! No better time to leave that when it’s cool and stormy, you know!”

Daini raised an eyebrow and chuckled, getting up and following her out. What a strange woman she can be sometimes.

Making it outside, Daini pulled out the umbrella and opened it. Watching the rain carefully for a second, he tilted the umbrella towards where the rain was coming from. "Well, I showed you to the sushi place, and I've no clue where this Viva Bella place is, so, can you lead?" He asked with a silly grin on his face.

((OOC: Well, here in Florida there's no snow to cool the place down, there's rain, but it's getting pretty fierce. I mean, it was hailing a couple days ago. You know, frozen rain? 'Bout pebble sized, but still hail.))

[[Ooc: Living in the west, I haven’t got much experience with humidity. Hail is always…Fun? We once got marble sized hail for about 1-2 minuets. It was scary. And lots of heavy rain sucks. Earlier this year, in February, it rained almost every day in February. I don’t ski, but I think ski season might have been good all the way into April thanks to it. 0.0]]

“Well, I showed you to the sushi place, and I have no clue where this Viva Bella place is, so, can you lead?” Daini said, cautiously making his way into the rain. Tsuki was already standing in it, a hand sticking out of the reach of her umbrella, allowing the cold drops to hit her hand.

“Of course. Not too many people have ever been to it. I just found it by chance.” She said, shrugging and started to walk. Down the wet sidewalk, occasionally stepping in a puddle to allow it to splash against her aching legs. She had fallen in such an odd position, they felt abused. She was thankful for her intelligent decision to wear close toed shoes, and not high heels.

As Tsuki walked past the CC Corp building, she sighed slightly. Paperwork was imminent tomorrow. She did plan to go to work, though it wasn’t her most preferred happening. She wished for something exciting to happen, that wasn’t dangerous, and distracted the paper work generators. Also known as Programmers and Graphic Designers. She made a face.

“Hmn…” She murmured, but continued to walk on. Many ideas that they could of done, but never did came to mind. Cherry Blossom viewings, but it was late July. No cherry blossoms remained. Too early for winter and fall events, and no one wanted to see ‘Back to School’ in a video game. That would be a painful reminded to the poor children who still had school to look forward to September.

But what was in late July and early August? Too much heat, for one. There was the day where the Air Conditioning broke in Tsuki’s apartment building. She was delighted at her work’s normal frigidness. She snapped her fingers, perking slightly, then quickly slumped over. Bad idea.

“Hmn…You have any good ideas for an event?” She asked, turning to Daini. “I’m fresh out.” She laughed, scanning around the area they were in. She spotted a light blue building and perked.

“Ah-hah! There’s the café!” She said, pointing at the blue building, just across a street. She crossed it with the other masses of people who had no sense to not be out in such weather, then walked under a small ledge, which provided shelter from the rain. Large, purple letters read ‘Café Viva Bella’ above her, and in the same message was on the window she was leaning against.

She looked into the large window on the small window. About five sets of small, purple and blue chairs were scatter sporadically all over the café. The floor was simple white, as were the walls. Pictures and paintings were scattered all over. A menu, written on a white board, hung next to a blue counter. The register only took up a small amount of it, while the rest was filled with samples and miscellaneous other things. She put down her umbrella, waiting.

“Shall we go in?” She asked, smiling

[[Ooc: Stores really jump the gun on holidays…There already bringing out Thanksgiving and Harvest stuff in some stores. 3rd person is hard to stay in, and I’m pretty sure I really messed up with Viva Bella’s description. I was going to go up there today for lunch, but I got distracted. I do know that the counter is a bright blue, though. Food there is coffee, soda, and subs. That I remember at least. I don‘t know about their coffee- since coffee in general is gross- but there subs are good.]]

((OOC: WAH! I've been writing this thing for the third time now! I keep on accidentaly getting to another page while doing tthis. *Cries*))

“Of course. Not too many people have ever been to it. I just found it by chance.” She said, shrugging and started to walk. Daini followed, making sure he doesn't get soaked. Rain can be fun, but when you're drenched, the fun ends. Dueto the fact that your clothes stick to you... Not fun.

He noticed Tsuki stumbling for a second. But she regained balance before he could do anything. He sighed and continued to follow Tsuki.

As they passed by the CCCorp Building, Tsuki sighed. Daini can understand why. With all of the paperwork stacking up by our offices... It'll probably be as bad as our little Organization XIII in [The World].

Then he remember Yochi and San. Two of CCCorp's silliest employees, and two of Daini's newest friends. Yochi is a flirtatious middle-aged administrator - same job as Daini and Tsuki - who has two sons - the energetic Ranpu, and the dark Kuro - who frequently help him with his job. Yochi's wife died some time ago. When? No clue, all he knows is that his wife is deceased and he just flirts now.

San on the other hand is a seven foot Graphics Designer. He creates many interesting designs for the areas and Monsters. He's surprisingly younger than Yochi by a solid five years, and he has a rather childish persona. He'd be perfect for Tawainai. He chuckled, imaging the two together.

“Hmn…You have any good ideas for an event?” She asked, turning to Daini. “I’m fresh out.” She laughed, scanning around the area they were in. He blinked, staring at Tsuki for a second before she called out, “Ah-hah! There’s the café!” She pointed at the blue building, just across a street.

And lo and behold, the cafe was right across the street. It didn't look very bad. It wasn't very crowed, though. Probably due to the fact that it's pouring.

“Shall we go in?” She asked, smiling. Daini turned, seeing Tsuki waiting.

He caught up and said, "Sure." He opened the door. "Here you are." He looked inside the resturaunt and tensed up. "Question, what are the chances of seeing friends after speaking to them online?" He pointed at a table not very far from the entrance.

Of all of the things that could happen, Suki and Tawainai HAD to be at the same resturaunt that they go to.

Tawainai, still wearing her blonde hair into a pony tail, she wore a jacket that was probably worn for the rain, jeans and a white T-shirt. And right across from her was Suki, Daini's old girlfriend. She's grown since he last saw her. She has green eyes and brown hair that's cut short. She also wore a jacket and wore a pair of kakhi shorts and a blue T-Shirt.

There would be a few reasons why the two of them are here. One, they stlked us here, they're just catching up on events, or just wanting to hang out.

((OOC: Yeah, I just love to torture us... I dunno why, but I seem to like to do this.))

[[Ooc: Poor Tsuki might blow a gasket. ^^;; But, I think it’s my turn to add strange quirky characters to come in at odd times. Let’s all go to CC Corp! I really want to have little Tsukiko, Cappy, Otterking, Thi, and the receptionist appear. Maybe even a few more.]]

"Sure. Here you are.” Daini opened the door, looking in. He visibly tensed. "Question, what are the chances of seeing friends after speaking to them online?" He pointed at a table near the entrance. Tsuki’s jaw dropped, slightly flabbergasted.

Tawainai and a person Tsuki assumed to be Suki. And this is why I feel stalked some days… Tsuki said, making a pained faced.

“Oh hell no. I am not letting this happen again….I hate that bitch…I understand that she‘s your friend, but I still want to stretch her on a rack.” Tsuki said, pointing at Tawainai in a very rude and unhappy manner. Her face was bitter, pained. Not many people made it onto her hate list, but Tawainai had done about everything Tsuki had in her book that made her tick. She sighed. “Hmn…We could just go somewhere else…I can cook quite well. Where we get food isn‘t so important…I just want to talk to you.” She quietly pushed the door closed. The bells on it did not even jingle in the slightest.

“Please. Just…Not here. Maybe the CC lobby even…Just, somewhere we can talk. Right now, this isn‘t one. We can go here another time, ne?” She said, smiling softly. She had never liked grimacing. It hurt her face quite a bit, therefore not enjoyable. She knew Yuuka enjoyed grimacing…Beings that she was a self titled ‘Cynical old Bitch.’ Tsuki always wondered what Ko-chan (Tsukiko) was going to grow up to be…She already shows great computer skills, and the even less tact than the average 4-year-old. That showed potential for a Graphic Artist or Programmer. She’d need to be able to spring new assignments on you at random to be a Graphic Artist, though…And be have lots more narcissistic. All Graphic Artists were the kind to drag you by the ear to show you their latest creations.

“Hmn…A Graphic Artist is to artwork as Maes Hughes is to pictures of his daughter…Sorry, thinking aloud. CC’s closer, and I think I left something in my office yesterday, so…How bout we go there?” Tsuki said, smiling a little brighter. Thinking about Tsukiko always made her happy. She was such an adorable girl. However, if she was to have a child, she’d hope that her daughter or son would have a very different personality.

Tsuki opened her umbrella again, and stepped back into the rain. She grabbed Daini’s arm, pulling him close, so they both fit under the umbrella. She held it up a bit higher, to properly cover them both. She wasn’t really going to give him a choice on the matter, even if he did want to eat at Viva Bella.

[I feel no urge to write such things as Traveling. Thus, we get a lovely OOC note saying the obvious. Traveling happened…And that I can’t spell Umbrella very well…I keep putting ‘unbrella.’ And enter whole of Tsukiko‘s family…T-minus 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2...

Tsuki put down her umbrella, then walked inside. The receptionist vaguely waved, smiling and continuing with her work. Poor lady, she always got loaded on. Yet, she seemed to be a source of limitless knowledge…And she could read minds. She could always tell if someone was coming before Tsuki even got it all out, and always seemed to know when Tsuki was feeling down. Tsuki really wished she knew her name. She looked all around for a name plate, but couldn’t find one. She just thought of the receptionist as someone named Aiko, since it was such a pretty name. She would’ve named her cat that if Touya was female.

[1. May it begin.]

Tsuki heard the ding the elevator made when it hit the proper floor. It opened, and three came out. One tall woman with frizzy white hair and glowing orange eyes, one even taller looking dark haired man who had a small gold cross on his neck, and a little girl with almost black eyes, like her father had, and short dark hair. The woman was Thi, the man Sai, and the little girl Tsukiko.

The girl noticed their presence first. She trotted right up to Tsuki, giving one of her leg’s a hug since she wasn’t tall enough to hug anywhere else. She smiled down at the small child, then kneeled to her level.

“Hey, Panda.” Tsuki said, patting Tsukiko on the head. Panda was another name she had for the child. Tsukiko had the odd obsession with assigning animals to each person she met. Her mother had started it, more likely than not. When talking to her daughter, Thi frequently referred to herself as Polar Bear, and her husband, Sai as Black Bear. And Tsukiko as Panda Bear, a mix of Black and White.

“Kitty-cat lady.” Tsukiko said, in her quiet, but blunt voice. She then looked around the room. “Owl-Lady.” She said, pointing at the receptionist. “Polar Bear. Black Bear. Panda Bear.” She said, pointing at herself, her mother, and her father.

She then walked up to Daini, attempting to get a good look at him from her low vantage point. She made a disappointed face, then ran to the receptionist, tugging on her shirt, asking for something.

“Of course, Tsukiko-chan.” The receptionist said, disappearing under her desk for a moment. Tsukiko walked out from behind the round desk, dragging a stool almost as big as she was. She dragged it until she was once again in front of Daini. She clambered up the stool in a less than graceful manner, then stood up on it. With the added three feet, she could see the tall man much clearer now. Well, he was tall, but he wasn’t as tall as her dad. But, she could climb on her dad, but she couldn’t just climb on some random stranger. Wasn’t polite, her father had taught her.

“Hmn…Hmn…” The child appeared to be deep in thought, well…As deep as any 4-year-old’s thoughts can get. Which is not all too deep. “You’re a dog!” She exclaimed, pointing at him bluntly. She didn’t understand why her parents were laughing in the background. They walked up, Thi plucking her off the stool, and Sai taking it back to receptionist.

“Sorry, Daini. She does that to everyone, so don‘t take it too serious.” Sai said, as he walked up.

“I dunno, Black Bear…Maybe our Panda has some sort of sense of people’s personality…So that means that Daini’s either a real bastard, or a loyal sweetheart.” Thi said, shrugging and placing her small daughter onto her shoulders.

“Polar bear is just trying to be mean to Doggy. I think you’re nice, Doggy.” Tsukiko said, patting Daini on the head from her new vantage point on her mother’s shoulders. Both Thi and Sai were well over 6 feet, which amazing Tsuki. Rarely did you find a couple of such tall people. But, their daughter still looked like she was going to be petit like Liza…Just probably less busty.

“Hmn..Thi, your wearing off on Tsukiko. We’re probably going to have one hell of a time raising her as a teenager.” Sai rolled his eyes, laughing. “I pity your parent, you know.”

“Yes, but we get along fine with them now, right?” Thi said, rather indignantly as they started to walk out. “They visit from Korea ever Christmas.”

“Well, yes…Hmn…We have that new exchange student coming today…He’s French, right?”

“American, actually. And SHE’S a college student.” Thi corrected. The last thing Tsuki heard of their conversation was their small daughter laughing in delight. Tsukiko had always wanted big brothers and sisters, apparently, but Thi couldn’t have any more children…So, they took in exchange students and college students as a hobby. They had a house Sai had inherited from his mother and father.

“Well…That was interesting…” Tsuki said, smiling. “Thi and Sai are such characters…I think the main job requirement for being a Graphic Artist is to be freaking weirdo, though…” She bit her lip, then laughed. Please have no more distractions come…Please have no more people come…Please, please, please… Tsuki silently begged.

((OOC: Tsuki shall not be happy by the end of the RP. XD Mind If I have San and Yochi come by quickly like your CCCorp employees? XP It'll make this even sillier. big_grin.png ))

“Oh hell no. I am not letting this happen again….I hate that bitch…I understand that she‘s your friend, but I still want to stretch her on a rack.” Tsuki said, pointing at Tawainai in a very rude and unhappy manner.

Daini sighed. Of course this would happen. Especially since Tawainai - I guess Suki is in there too since she almost tried to kill me at one point - annoyed poor Tsuki to no end.

"I think in a few how many years, we might be able to tolerate Tawainai's antics." He shrugged.

Hmn…We could just go somewhere else…I can cook quite well. Where we get food isn‘t so important…I just want to talk to you.” She quietly pushed the door closed. The bells on it did not even jingle in the slightest.

He starred at her. Talk to me about what? If she wanted to talk about something, we could've talk at her place. Ah well, just do what she asks.

“Please. Just…Not here. Maybe the CC lobby even…Just, somewhere we can talk. Right now, this isn‘t one. We can go here another time, ne?” He sighed. If it were snowing out, it would be visible and maybe the sigh made a tiny ball of snow. But it's raining, so no ball of snow.

“Hmn…A Graphic Artist is to artwork as Maes Hughes is to pictures of his daughter…Sorry, thinking aloud. CC’s closer, and I think I left something in my office yesterday, so…How bout we go there?” Daini cocked his head to the side in confusion. The first part made no sense, even if she wanted to tell me about it.

Tsuki opened her umbrella again and pulled Daini to her. He was a bit surprised of what she did, but he merely sighed and followed.

When we made it inside, Tsuki lowered her umbrella. The receptionist waved. I waved back politely. He really hadn't spoken with the receptionist all that much, but occasionally he'd see her. If I recall correctly, I think Tsuki told me a long time ago that she can read minds. He chuckled.

Daini heard the ding the elevator made when it hit the proper floor. It opened, and three came out. One tall woman with frizzy white hair and glowing orange eyes, one even taller looking dark haired man who had a small gold cross on his neck, and a little girl with almost black eyes, like her father had, and short dark hair.

Daini watched the three as they came out. The girl noticed their presence first. She trotted right up to Tsuki, giving one of her leg’s a hug since she wasn’t tall enough to hug anywhere else. She smiled down at the small child, then kneeled to her level.

“Hey, Panda.” Tsuki said, patting the girl on the head. Daini just stared at the little girl. She looked so cute. Yet her parents... He turned to the mother and father and sighed. They're taller than me.

“Kitty-cat lady.” the girl said, in her quiet, but blunt voice. She then looked around the room. “Owl-Lady.” She said, pointing at the receptionist. “Polar Bear. Black Bear. Panda Bear.” She said, pointing at herself, her mother, and her father.

The girl walked up to Daini, trying to get a good look at him. But she's so tiny, it must be hard to look at him from such a height. He was going to kneel down but she dashed over to the receptionist, or "Owl-lady" in her case.

She came back, dragging a stool of about three feet in height. She climbed on top of the stool and looked at him closely. “Hmn…Hmn…” The child appeared to be deep in thought. In a moment she exclaimed, "You're a dog!" He just let himself looked stupid after thaqt comment, his head lopped to the side. His knees sort of buckled. His shoullders n went limp.

A dog. of all of the animals she can see of me, she picked dog...

Polar and Black laughed. “Sorry, Daini. She does that to everyone, so don‘t take it too serious.” Sai said, as he walked up.

"S'alright. Though I was kind of expecting to be called a cat like Tsuki here." He said, nodding his head to Tsuki.

“I dunno, Black Bear…Maybe our Panda has some sort of sense of people’s personality…So that means that Daini’s either a real bastard, or a loyal sweetheart.” Thi said, shrugging and placing her small daughter onto her shoulders. Once again, he felt a rather truthful and painful blow.

"I consider myself a little bit of both, really." Daini said.

“Polar bear is just trying to be mean to Doggy. I think you’re nice, Doggy.” Tsukiko said, patting Daini on the head from her new vantage point on her mother’s shoulders. Daini smiled at the little girl. Well she's polite.

Tsukiko's laugh was heard as they dissapeared.

"Well…That was interesting…” Tsuki said, smiling. “Thi and Sai are such characters…I think the main job requirement for being a Graphic Artist is to be freaking weirdo, though…” She bit her lip, then laughed.

Daini frowned, looking at Tsuki. I remember her saying she wanted to talk to me. And I think talking to friends while talking to me doesn't count. "Well let's go to your office. You said you left something there." He pushed a button as the elevator door opened. The two walked in and waited.

[And in comes Yochi and his sons!]

The elevator stopped abrutly, giving the sign that someone is needing to enter into the elevator as well. Daini sighed. But it's only a two second delay.

A two second delay that turns into a delay that lasts ages.

When the doors opened Daini sighed of annoyance. A man about a few inches taller than Tsuki, walked in with two teenaged boys. It's easy to tell that the man is at least in his late thirties, or early forties. His hair was dirty blonde and his eyes are an ocean blue. The two teenaged boys didn't look anything aqlike with the exception of their eyes. One was a bit smaller, with completely blonde hair and green eyes, while the other was much taller with black hair. He also had green eyes.

"Hello Yochi, Ranupu, Kuro." Daini sighed. "What are you three doing here anyay?"

Ranpu piped up right away, "We got some new paperwork from a nice programmer." Kuro grumbled. Daini sighed as he noticed the pile of papers Yochi was carrying.

"Ah! Miss Tsuki!" Yochi said with a big grin. "It's nice to meet you for the first time!" He bowed, trying to keep the papers from falling. "You look just as Mr Akayami describes." Daini automatically blushed, looking away. Kuro noticed his gesture but merely watched all of the things happening. "You certainly do have a fine taste in women, Daini." Daini sighed.

"So I've been told." He was referring to Mori when he said that.

Kuoor looked at Tsuki. By the looks of it, they were practically the same height. "Kohnichiwa, Tsuki-senpai." He said in great formality. He bowed. "My name is Kuro." Ranpu automatically jumped in front of the boy.

"And I'M Ranpu!" He said in the energetic voice that most teenagers don't have at that age. Daini sighed. Ah well, at least they are acting slightly calmer than normal. Maybe it's because Tsuki is here, if Yochi didn't recognize her right away, he probably would've pulled a Brock from an old show named Pokemon and would try to "woo" her to going out with him.

Ding!

We made it to our destination, the door opened and we walked out. "Well it was nice meeting you, Tsuki! We would hang with you but we have all of these papers to sign!" Yochi turned and walked to his room.

Ranpu happily called out, "GOODBYEEEEEEEEEE!" Kuro just waved and the two followed their father into the room.

Daini sighed of relife. "Yochi, Kuro and Ranpu. Three completely different personalities, all in the same family. Yochi is quite lucky that he recognized you. Eep!" He spoke a bit off track.

((OOC: I think I went a bit too quickly. We still have Cappy, Otty and San to do. And the "Maybe Even more" that you mentioned.))

[[Ooc: I love seeing Brock references…XD Love that Brock…He’s one of the many reasons why I’d want to be in the Pokemon Universe…Other than the fact that I REALLY want an Achanine. And your right…Tsuki’s going to be a wreck. ^^;]]

"Well let's go to your office. You said you left something there.” Daini said, frowning slightly. Tsuki nodded, trying to remember if she had actually left something there, or was it just the first excuse she had generated. She was always leaving things there, so it wouldn’t be surprising. She noticed her watch missing from her wrist. That’s probably what she had left, she hadn’t had it all day. They walked to the elevator, Daini pushed the button, the door open. They walked in.

They climbed a few floors in silence., until there was an abrupt stop. Tsuki jumped slightly, but it was only someone else had summoned the elevator. The elevator took it’s sweet time opening to let the people on the other side in. They finally did, and three came in. A man that appeared to in his fourties, that had dirty blond hair and blue eyes. And two boys, one with black hair, one with blond, with the same green eyes. Probably brothers.

"Hello Yochi, Ranpu, Kuro." Daini sighed. He obvious knew the trio, but Tsuki did not. Tsuki serious wondered which name belong to which male. "What are you three doing here anyay?"

"We got some new paperwork from a nice programmer." The smallest piped up. The older boy grumbled, and Daini sighed. She made a face. Of course. That was the programmers one hobby. Generating paper work.

"Ah! Miss Tsuki! It's nice to meet you for the first time!" The man said, bowing and trying to keep the papers all in his arms. "You look just as Mr Akayami describes." Tsuki noticed Daini‘s head snap to the side, face gaining a reddish tone. She smiled. "You certainly do have a fine taste in women, Daini." He sighed again.

"So I've been told.” Tsuki understood what he was talking about. A certain creepy bastard.

“It’s very nice to meet you, Mr…Yochi, right?” She guessed. She though she remembered someone in the events department with that name.

The oldest boy turned to Tsuki. She realized, though younger, he was the same height as her. Probably going to be Sai-sized when full grown She thought. "Kohnichiwa, Tsuki-senpai." He said, in a most formal air. He bowed. Tsuki smiled at him. "My name is Kuro." The younger one immideatly jumped in front of his brother, Tsuki edged herself into the wall to give herself some space. Well, teenage boys were not things she wanted in her bubble. They were almost in the same vein as Maya.

"And I'M Ranpu!" The very energetic blond said. Most teenaged boys were not that enthusiastic, and even most teenaged girls showed no such excitement over introducing themselves. Most of them were surly and passive. Tsuki herself had been rather quiet at that age. She was very quiet until high school, where she gained a bit of a voice…She edged herself closer to the wall, where she would had plenty of space.

They finally reached their destination. "Well it was nice meeting you, Tsuki! We would hang with you but we have all of these papers to sign!" Tsuki sighed in relief at this. Two teenagers and a middle-aged man were the last people she needed.

"GOODBYEEEEEEEEEE!" Ranpu said. She wondered if anyone regulated his sugar intake. He seemed to be on a constant high...Maybe it was something the air…She heard Daini sigh for relief also.

"Yochi, Kuro and Ranpu. Three completely different personalities, all in the same family. Yochi is quite lucky that he recognized you. Eep!" Tsuki blinked.

“What the hell are you talking about?” She asked, looking slightly confused. She just shrugged. “I think that’s true of all families, though. Nice kids…I’m not sure about their father, though…” Tsuki trailed off, wondering if she really wanted to know more about Yochi.

“Hmn…Anyways, to my office…” Tsuki said, walking forward. Her office was fairly close to the elevator, which was always nice, especially when carrying too many things. Which was too often now a day. Three doors up on the left side. She slipped a key out of her pocket, and opened the door and stepped inside. Flicking on a light switch, she continued. “It’s usually not this cluttered…Just I need to get on top of some paper work.” Stacks of paperwork stood on the desk, standing alone, in boxes, and weighted down by various objects. She looked at them top of one of the stacks.

After skimming over it, getting a verity of strange looks on her face, she quickly crumpled it up tossed it into the trash can.

“I think we should start sorting through this stuff…They really are sending some of this stuff for fun.” Tsuki said, making a face. “I think we should also send some of the stuff back…How about…This box…” Written in sharpie, neatly printed was ‘Crappy Ideas Programmers Have For Events.’ It was by far the most full.

She scooted a few papers to the side, searching for the small piece of jewelry. “Hn…Hn…” She muttered, deep in concentration looking for it. She finally caught onto the glint of silver, and picked up a small watch. She smiled softly at it. Her dad had given her this when she was about 16. The watch face was simple, with Roman numerals, and in the center, the Kanji for her name. On the back, there was also a small message carved in. She rubbed her fingers over it before putting it on. She didn’t have to look at to know what it said. ‘Be Fearless, but Gentle.’

She nudged the door with her foot, and the in swinging door moved backwards. It looked shut to her. She had finally reached somewhere where they could talk, but she didn’t speak. She didn’t really know what to say. Tsuki sat down on her desk for a moment, just looking at Daini. She was good at being gentle, and kind also…But she had never been very brave or fearless. Good at concealing fear, and good at pretending…But she had always been deeply introverted, and being an extrovert was an effort. It was hard to be both. Tsuki took another hard look at the door. It wasn’t in closed. She gave it a good sharp kick, and it closed all the way. She then locked it again. She flicked the switch, the light source turning only to a small lamp on her desk. She stood up, moving close to him, leaning her head against on his chest, her face towards the floor, and wrapper her arms around his shoulders.

“I try not to worry…I tell other people not to worry, so it would be hypocritical to do otherwise…But I do worry. Quite a bit, really…Especially about you. You always seem unhappy for some reason…And have a deep sense of self-loathing…I want to know more about you…I want to understand…” She said, closing her eyes. “Your sometimes hard to read…And there’s a lot more to you than I can see. You keep a lot of yourself sealed…Stuff you try never to recall…” Tsuki heard the ring of her office phone. “I am not answering that…” She stepped on the phone’s cord. The cable came out of the wall, and the phone stopped in mid-ring. “Even if it was someone calling to tell me I had just won a million dollars…All I really want is to learn more about you right now.”

[[Ooc: Tsuki takes no chance. As far as we know, that could have been the Sentai Rangers asking Tsuki to be the Pink one in the newest Sentai series…XD I bet it so was…But then instead, they call Mink, but she refuses, since they won’t let her be the yellow one…*Gunshots*

Sane Clearing: Sorry. I had to shoot her.
Clearing: Nah. It’s all right. I’m alive.
*More gunshots*
Clearing: Fine! I’m dead, happy?
Sane Clearing: Very.
Clearing: You owe me a new shirt…This ones all holey and bloodstained now.

This is why I shouldn’t be aloud to be sitting around, reading Wikipedia articles and playing Illutia (Illutia is a pretty awesome MMORPG. And the Bard Class rocks my socks.) I think my brain died laughing when I read the Sentai ranger articles…]]

((OOC: Well I do go to a Pokemon site... If you'd like to check it out, I can send ya the link. Illutia... Do you have to buy it, or check it out on a site? I'm interested.))

“What the hell are you talking about?” She asked, looking slightly confused. She just shrugged. “I think that’s true of all families, though. Nice kids…I’m not sure about their father, though…” Daini tapped his shoulder.

“Hmn…Anyways, to my office…” Tsuki said, walking forward. He nodded and followed. Making it to the room, Tsuki unlocked the door and opened it whjile flicking the light switch. “It’s usually not this cluttered… Just I need to get on top of some paper work.” Daini scratched his chin, looking at all of the papers stacked on top of the desk. Tsuki's homeroom was more tidy than her office room.

He chuckled. It's no different for me.

“I think we should start sorting through this stuff…They really are sending some of this stuff for fun.” Tsuki said, making a face. “I think we should also send some of the stuff back…How about…This box…” Written in sharpie, neatly printed was ‘Crappy Ideas Programmers Have For Events.’

He then turned his attention to the box. It was so full, he wondered if even San can carry that without growing tired. He laughed again. So many things seem to humor him today. He stood up, leaning against the wall.

Smack!

Daini blinked, noticing that Tsuki locked the door and turned off the lights. There was one light left, which still had the room visible, but still dim. Watching Tsuki walking to him, he felt warm. He head leaned onto his chest as her arms wrapped around his shoulders. His hands twitched.

"Tsuki? Is there something wrong?"

“I try not to worry…I tell other people not to worry, so it would be hypocritical to do otherwise…But I do worry. Quite a bit, really…Especially about you. You always seem unhappy for some reason…And have a deep sense of self-loathing…I want to know more about you…I want to understand…” She said. “You’re sometimes hard to read…And there’s a lot more to you than I can see. You keep a lot of yourself sealed…Stuff you try never to recall…” Daini heard the ring of Tsuki's office phone. “I am not answering that…” She stepped on the phone’s cord. The cable came out of the wall, and the phone stopped in mid-ring. “Even if it was someone calling to tell me I had just won a million dollars…All I really want is to learn more about you right now.”

Daini frowned. He reached one of his hands to Tsuki’s head, paused, then patted her on the head. “Tsuki… I…” He sighed. He heard the rain pouring hard on the roof far above them. “We’ve spoke about this long ago.” He was referring to the New Year’s party seven, almost eight, months ago. “I’m weak. I worry about those I care about all the time. If something bad happens to them…” He looked away from her. “I do loathe myself. I’m the reason my dad is gone. I’m the reason Suki’s leg is crippled.” He closed his eyes, squeezing her tightly in his arms. “I just don’t want history to repeat itself. I hate myself for thinking like this, but I worry too much. I try to hide myself to prevent anymore pain to anyone. I’m unhappy because I’ve lived through some bad experiences. Unlike you, I stay, remembering the past. I mourn over my friends’ pain.” He sighed.

“I’m weak.”

((OOC: I have not thought much about his past other than a death or two and some broken hearts and such. So this is a cruddy speech of his.))

[[Ooc: Nah. Illutia’s free. :3 I’m interesting on this Pokemon site you speak of…I loves teh Pokemans. And I have no dependable source of Pokemon obsession…So…Yeah. What region? You know…Kanto, Jhoto, Hoenn, ect? Hoenns my personal favorite. Personally, I spend long amounts of time thinking about my characters and their back-stories…But the New Years party was a splur of random ideas meshed together into making some sense.]]

Tsuki felt Daini pat her head. “Tsuki…I…” He sighed. “We’ve spoken about this long ago. I’m weak. I worry about those I care about all the time. If something bad happens to them…” He looked away. “I do loath myself. I’m the reason my dad is gone. I’m the reason Suki’s leg is crippled.” He closed his eyes, giving Tsuki a tight squeeze. “I just don’t want history to repeat itself. I hate myself for thinking like this, but I worry too much. I try to hide myself to prevent anymore pain to anyone. I am unhappy because I’ve lived through some bad experiences. Unlike you, I stay, remembering the past. I mourn over my friend’s pain.” He sighed again.

“I’m weak.” Tsuki looked up at him, a sigh escaping her also.

“The more you keep telling yourself that, the more you become what you think you are. What you have is a skewed perception of strength, Daini. Strength isn’t being resistant to bad things happening to you, it’s able to live in the present. It’s almost…” She paused, smiling brightly up at him. “Hakuna Matata, to a certain extent. You can put your past behind you, but you can still think and worry about the people in it. You can’t chance the past, so why try? The present is what matters.”

“I think about the people I used to know, and the people I’ve lost plenty…But I do not let them haunt me. Most fears people have aren’t very rational. Especially mine. I live on an island country, and I’m afraid of large bodies of water. I am surrounded by people…Yet, somewhere in me, I want to flee from them all…But, by facing my fears rather than shying away from them as I did for many years…I’m who I am right now…” She said, down towards her watch. She then looked back up at him. “Daini, you never have to forget your past, you just have to stop living there.”

“I don’t think you’ve ever been weak…I just think you’ve let yourself become such…” She paused for a moment, just looking at him. “Stop making yourself be unhappy, its not healthy…You know…You’re a lot like Kenshin. Very troubled, but you don’t like to show it. You don’t say ‘oro’ very often, but you are occasionally an idiot like him…But just as loveable.” She continued, smiling.

[[Ooc: I bet I’m sweating out my brain about now…It’s waaay too hot. -o-*Switches Shirts* Well, I’m wearing it inside out, but I don’t care.]]

((OOC: I'll send you the info by PM.))

Daini heard a sigh from Tsuki.

He only just noticed the watch with her name on it. She then looked back up at him. “Daini, you never have to forget your past, you just have to stop living there.

He blushed, smiling a bit. "I guess you can say that." Daini had always thought of himse;f as a Shuji/Train-ish person. But Kenshin is pretty close. He looked down. "I guess you're right." His smile brightened as he edged his head a bit closer to her face. "But you're always right." He leaned a bit closer. He felt like he was doing this subconsiously "I just don't listen." He got close enough to kiss her for the first time in real life.

((OOC: I was think about having San show up, but I couldn't figure out what to do that was nessesary... So I stuck with thia.

I've officially lost it so just play along with this. Whether the kiss actually happens, you decide that, my mind just escaped from my skull so just do whatever now. DDX;))
