In what way do you mean squeaking? when are they squeaking and are you sure its coming from the forks?

It's definatly coming from the forks but I don't know if all forks make the sound it makes. It sounds a bit like pressure releasing it's hard to describe haha

Is it more like a squelching sound when you push up n down on the forks. If it is theyre fine.
A tip is to wind all your rebound off which will speed the rebound up, if theres a really loud clunk when the fork comes back up there maybe something wrong.

Its just the oil going through the cartridge. youll get used to it. you wont even hear it when your riding.

do you know which springs are fitted in the forks? you can check if youve got the right ones in the forks and on your shock. go to Mojo and theres a spring calculator on there.

it will be its a full sus. :D Thats just your rebound that you need to set up. count how many clicks there is then set it in the middle as a base to work from, you dont want it to kick you up the arse but you dont want it to be like a slug.
