November 24, 2009: We are surging ahead once more! I have now updated the affiliates list, so feel free to apply. I am also getting underway with our new skin! So, keep your eye out for more updates, advertisements, poker games, and resources to come rolling in. =) We are going to get this place back on it's feet again.. Court and I are sort of known for that.

dare you to i dare you to i dare you to i dare you REGARDING POSTING
Be sure to watch those multiple posts! We all know, that you just want to bump your
gallery back to the top, but its overly annoying to have to scroll through all of those pointless
bumps! So, please stick to single posts, and if you upgrade, just go ahead and edit your last
post if you are the last post on your topic. Reason being, it keeps things more tidy, and the
tidier things are, the more happy we all are!
Another thing, be nice when posting in others galleries, respect their art! They work, believe
it or not just as hard as you do to make things look nice. We also will not tolerate any
act that you to do harm the feelings of another member of cmb. if something like this does
happen to you then please contact one of the administrators, and they will sort things out.
We will only ask you this once, but please do not post any personal pictures of yourself on
this site. We are protecting you from all of those creepers lurking around out there.
Do not, and I repeat, do not, steal or jack anything from our site! All of our members work
hard and the last thing they need is someone claiming their work for their own. It's pretty
simple to put credit where it belongs, so just do it. If you are caught jacking anything at
all, that could be ideas, skins, poems, songs, or many other things, then you will be immediately
banned. And this is the type of ban that gets a 'never come back' label on it so watch out.
Spam will not be tolerated, whether it be anywhere in the forum or in the chat box. Break
this rule and you will be warned, five warnings and you will be banned for a set amount
of time. the time will be determined by our staff, and it will be depending on what you
did wrong in the first place.
REGARDING WARNINGS
You can be warned for the following reasons:
Exceedingly not following the rules made for each section. We will warn you twice before
it actually counts against you. We keep track, just keep that in mind.
Exceedingly spamming our boards or in the chat box. Again, we will warn you twice before
it actually counts against you.
Posting innapropriate content will automatically earn you a warning. This includes anything
that you wouldn't want your children to see! Not that you all have children, but you catch my drift.
Fighting or insulting other members in any way will earn you three lovely warnings and then
you will only be two away from being permanently suspended. We have no tolerance for such
things, but also realize that things happen every once in awhile so we want to give you a second
chance. if you ever do reach that five warning mark though, we may not be so forgiving.
REGARDING THE CHAT BOX
We aren't very strict on the chat box, just make sure that you are not spamming at all,
advertising other sites, or cussing a great deal. If you want to use profound language or talk
about inappropriate things, I advise you exchange IM addresses! We also don't want a whole
bunch of messages saying something like, "anyone here?" Over and over again. That,
would go under the rules of spamming! So, just keep it simple, and chat it up!
REGARDING PROMOTIONS
We will give opportunities for you to be promoted every month. Keep watch for the topic
in the newsfeed section, and rules regarding that month's promotions will be posted there.
If you happen to miss the topic's promotion then please do not send the administrators
an personal message begging them to consider you. We put those topics up early and give
every member a couple weeks to respond, so there is no excuse if you happened to
miss it. If you are curious to know if you meet our requirements for promotion, check the
Promotion Specifics in Try Me for all of the details. Got it? Good luck, we want everyone
to succeed. We're just being fair, that's all.
REGARDING MISC OTHER THINGS
Be sure to watch out for forms in each section, because if you are submitting something
then the likelihood that there is a form is extremely high. Other then that, be sure to check
each topic for it's own specific rules before posting. Now, just run off, get started, and have fun!
If you feel as if we didn't hit every area we should have and have a question, please feel
free to post it in our questions/suggestions topic. We'd be extremely lucky to get everything
