[Juliette Ciceros]

"Yeah, I rather want to improve life. Sometimes though not being able to help a teenager, rather annoys me. Because I know just how bad it can get." Juliette never wanted it to get that bad for anyone. "Are they kids? Like Mariah and Julia's age? Or are they teenagers?" Juliette asked.

"I would love to go out with you for lunch sometime." Juliette tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "I am sure Peter will let me go out for a change." She chuckled. "You know, I think alot of us, think that Peter is like our father. Without him, I wouldn't be the person I am today. You know."

Slowly she nodded her head in agreement. That was something she too wanted to prevent, other teenagers from having to go through what they went through. All that stuff wasn't fun. Yes it made her stronger, but only because she allowed it and she still had issues to deal with from things that happened in her past. No one should have to go through things like that, no one deserved that kind of treatment or torture or pain.

"Pre-teens," Paige answered. "Ten and eleven, at an age were their still willing to talk about certain things, but also learning to keep things to themselves. My teacher, who is also my superior, doesn't think the cases are too hard. The first ones weren't, just normal stuff like acting out in class because a parent is sick, parents got divorced or something they were really close too has passed away."

Here Paige paused for a second as she thought about the currant child she was working with. The young girl who seemed so much like her, which scared her because if she was like her then she was being hurt. "But this new case, the new child I'm working with, something seems different," she said. "Naturally, I can't go into details about her, but things she says and does and what I've heard about her seems very familiar." She let her eyes connect with Juliette, hoping her friend got what she was saying.

"That sounds great," she said with a slight smile. As Juliette continued to speak, mostly about Peter, Paige laughed and nodded in agreement. Yeah, she could see that, Peter was their father and they were his kids. "I don't think any of us would be the people where are today if it wasn't for him. How many people can save as many screwed up kids as Peter can?"

Juliette listened to the women talking about the kids. Preteens those were actually harder then what Juliette dealt with. Especially considering thats where most of the abuse starts in many situations. "If you've heard it before, I recommend that you do something about it." She responded. "You don't have to tell me anything, I'm just saying contact the other child protective services, if needed have her adjucated to the state." God Juliette was sounding more and more like Peter everyday.

"Truthfully the only guy I know who can save lives is Peter, he has it out for kids, he has a big heart and it just keeps getting bigger." Juliette smiled reassuringly. "Just you know its perfect, everything is good at Horizon and I think you'd make a great addition if your interested."

"If you've heard it before, I recommend that you do something about it."

Paige gave a slight nod of her head. That's what she thought as well, but her teacher didn't want to jump the gun. That wasn't something she could agree with, yet she didn't want to go over board on something. She was torn. What she hoped would happen would be for the girl to open up to her, but that hadn't happened and if Paige knew anything, it was that kids could keep their mouths shut about things like this.

"Yeah, I'm afraid that's what will happen," she said quietly.

"Truthfully the only guy I know who can save lives is Peter, he has it out for kids, he has a big heart and it just keeps getting bigger."

Paige returned the smile. "That's the truth. I've never met anyone like Peter, always so giving and helpful. Sure he's messed up, but he's human. At least he wasn't like other adults by pretending he didn't."

"Just you know its perfect, everything is good at Horizon and I think you'd make a great addition if your interested."

"Yeah?" With a small shake of her head, she glanced down at the books in her hands. "I always thought about returning there as a counselor, but I never thought I'd have what it took to work there. Sometimes I worry that I might get to emotional when I hear things children go through. It's a hard life."

Juliette nodded as Paige talked about the kid. About how she agreed that the services needed to be contacted. "I could give you the number to the people we talk to at Horizon, there the best." She replied as she thought about it. It made alot of sense to her at least.She smiled lightly and then shook that a little bit out of her mind.

"Peter honestly he needs to go ahead and take a break, though I don't think he will personally ever take a break." She shrugged. "But he does care and he always cared far to much more then humanly possible." She wondered what made him do it so much throughtout the years of being there. Now Juliette knew just why.

"But your strong Paige, stronger then you could ever think. You can and could be able to handle it. Even if not I'm there, a bunch of others are there as well."
