Concept: Have you heard of angle feds, RP feds, and virtual feds? Well, AtCoast is sort of a hybrid of all of those. If you had to call it something, AtCoast could sport the title hype-booked fed. What does this mean exactly? Basically, most of the matches will basically be me booking wins and losses. A wrestler advances through getting themselves over in the general media and in other feds; by getting themselves over, they warrant being booked higher in the card. Also, handlers have the choice of working angles that get themselves over.

What You Do: Every character submitted does not have to be actively handled, but they can be. The work of a handler in AtCoast is basically to post media, strats, and promos.
  • Media are posts that show what your wrestler is doing outside AtCoast, things that will make them more noticed to fans and management. Media generally consists of day-to-day doings and dates in other promotions. They are not to be long pieces or trash talk. Not doing media will typically just prevent the gain of heat and not lose the character any.
  • Strats come into play in stratted matches, as opposed to the more common booked matches. In stratted matches, whoever has the best strat wins (in most circumstances). Strats are not submitted for every match; only those marked as stratted ones. No-showing a stratted match will kill heat very quickly.
  • Promos are, similarly, only submitted when asked for. They basically get your character more over. Not submitting a promo when called for is also a good heat killer.
  • Angles are a final step that can serve to get characters more over, but aren't necessary to handle a character. A good handler-initiated angle will increase overness, but dropping an angle midway will destroy heat. If handlers aren't in enough angles, I will simply book characters in angles myself, but they'll gain heat much slower.
Signing Up: When a character is submitted and accepted, they can be either handled or not. A handled character is basically the handler's responsibility to get over. A non-handled character will be used at my discretion, but still belongs to the handler. A donated character becomes my property wholly. Each handler may handle three characters at a time.

Getting Accepted: The best way to get accepted is to have a strong character that looks professional. If I can tell it's a rip off of another character, you probably won't get accepted. If your character is stupid (especially with wrestling styles), you probably won't get accepted. If you don't know about something in wrestling, your best bet is not to try and include it with your character. Stick to what you know.
