This floor contains the Common Room, with vending machines, three TVs [with cable], various game consoles, board games and a pool table.

The first floor houses all the Freshers. All the rooms are single sex, with a maximum of three residents. Each room also has an ensuite bathroom, and there are three kitchens, each with microwaves and refridgerators
