Reason why we dont have them yet: I personally don't like "frills"
As you may have noticed I try to keep the number of boards to a minimum, don't add subforums unless there's a GOOD reason and even delete boards that don't see any activity. So basically unless there's a istinct need for it, we don't have it. (explanations and descriptions included =D)

I generally like to promote interaction between members, so if Endalia and Anders have something to hand to each other, approach the other member about it OOCly, it gets people talking and plotting.
Though I can understand wanting to do it ICly as well...

Can I think of any reasons to oppose it other than personal preference? Not in particular. =P

I'll bring it up with Bexx and see if there's more interest/need for such a thing and we'll take it under consideration. ^__^

A lot of boards have an area for things like passing notes and gossip and invitations, etc. I was wondering why AD doesn't have one of those?

It's not like if someone wanted to put up a flyer or give out invitations, they could post it in the OC forums. It's technically IC. So if we wanted to do so - for example, say Eve and I were to exchange notes on when to hook Anders and Endalia up - or if Ariadne sent a private invitation to one of the Laroche sisters - where would we do that?

And why not have a journal-type of forum somewhere? It would be a nice addition - I don't know about anyone else, but when I finish a thread, I'll sum it up in a journal entry, if the board has that option. I like 'em.

Is there a particular reason why AD doesn't have either or those? I was bored and wondering, is all.
