Welcome to Camisado, an intermediate/advanced roleplaying forum based in future-era Harry Potter. There are both canons as well as originals on this forum.

Everyone's been bugging me to revamp/reopen Camisado, so, i am. Sami's gonna be my co-admin now because she asked so nicely and i need help anyways, and i'll probably get a few mods too, cuz that's always good to have. I still have a lot of work to do right now, so that reopen date may change.

Registering.
Not all that difficult. Use a first and last name. If you'd like, use a middle name. But don't do something other than..well, a name. If you happen to register with a certain name, and decide you'd like it to be something else, just PM me or ask me in the c-box, and i'll change it. No big deal.

Forms.
Well, you'd either pick a canon [because you can't claim a canon as a guest, only as a member], or decide on an original character, and make their form. This should be the first thing you do, so try not to post anything beforehand, unless you need help. Please be sure to follow all the minimum requirements of the form at the very least. You may do more, but not less.

Posting.
While in character, it'll be expected that you post a minimum of two paragraphs, containing at least 6 sentences each. This is because you'll need to give enough for your thread-buddy to reply to, which can be very difficult without much content. It is also expected that you use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation while in character. Keep cussing to a minimum both in and out of character.

Characters.
There is currently a three character limit on this forum. This is only because many people have the tendency to create more characters than they can handle. If you are able to prove to me that you can handle three characters, i'll allow more.

Activity.
I've seen many-a-site die away in less than a week because of inactivity. Please, if you join, we'll be expecting you to get on the forum and post at least 4 times a week, if not more. It sounds like a lot, but really it's not too much to ask. We'd just like to keep this form up and running for as long as we can, and if you happen to fade away, it surely won't help.

Respect.
Obviously, you'll need to treat everyone on the forum, whether they be administrator, staff, or regular member, with the utmost respect. If you have a problem with someone, either inform an administratior, or deal with it outside the forum, like through emails or AIM. We don't need any problems over here.

Images.
I don't really care what you do involving avatars and signetures, but I only have two rules. The first thing is to make sure that they don't stretch the forum and the boards. That makes it look..ugly,...and It's just annoying to have to scroll anymore than usual. If you need help editing an image to fit the forum, say so and i'm sure someone will be more than willing to help you. My other rule is that you shouldn't have any inappropriate images on the forum, as this is a pg-pg13 rated forum, not R. If you're unsure of whether an image you want to use is appropriate or not, just ask.
