Jake sighed heavily as he entered the tranquil little town, the place he was to recieve his first pokemon. "Well, may as well get this over with so I can get started," he muttered grumpily. Lack of sleep never does a person good, especially when it's coupled with seasickness during a trip. However, Jake wasn't going to wait any longer. After walking about for a while, he came upon what appeared to be a laboratory, so without hesitation he walked up and knocked loudly on the door.

The Professor was in the middle of his aily yoga session when he heard the door. Folded in a pretzel posistion he answered the door. "OH! Well uh Hi come on in!UH We only have one starter left if that is okay the others were taken in huge demand If you don't like the starter I can give you a greatball as compensation..."

No choice? Way to keep up with demands, moron, Jake thought annoyedly as he looked distastefully and the professor. "Well," he said with an inward sigh,"Whatta ya got?"

Jake sighed heavily. He didn't have a problem with the pokemon, but he wanted to appear dissatisfied, due to no choice in the matter. "Fine then, guess it's better than nothing," he sullenly replied. He paused for a moment, then continued in the same annoyed tone,"Well? Where is it?"

(Only 5? You sure it isn't 20, because that seems to be what everyone else got.)
"Yup, whatever," Jake said emotionlessly. He grabbed the pokeball, then wordlessly got up and walked out of the building, glad to get the start over with. |
