Well, it's interchangeable. So I'll have my choice in either one, but there's really no difference.

How about adding 'Sakakie (榊絵)' to the pool of last names? The '榊' is meant to make it look less like a first name, since '絵' is a popular first name-ender. '絵' means 'draw/paint'.

Yes, but we're using Tezuka 手塚 because it has the character for "hand" in it, something she doesn't have. And it's chuckle-worthy because she's an artist, but not a mangaka, but is sort of a manga character.
