Call of Duty 4 vs. Halo 3, Go Halo!!!

this is a little topic ive opened to see how yall feel about cod4 and halo3. I personally feel that halo3 owns cod in every way imaginable, but for whatever reason not only did Gameinformer rate COD better then halo3(the greatest game known to man) but its now the number 1 game on xbox live... WHY?!?!?!? i dont understand it... someone please shine the light on this controversy....

ps: it only took bungie 3 tries to make the perfect game.....

Well, I've seen Halo 3, and I've played CoD4, and personally I think it's because it's incredibly realistic, and there's more controls/actions available to it than Halo.
Personally, I do think CoD is better. It's the first shooter I actually WANT to play. @_@;

yah but youve got vehichles in halo 3, way more custimization of maps/game variants plus better maps .. and ultimatley way better game play...

But it's the way he's an ass that makes things interesting.

And the only thing wrong with that is that ..
During online play it just makes it kinda annoying to have people just shooting you down on tank-like things. The thing about CoD4 is that you have to watch every step you make. CoD4 seems to take more strategy to take down the opposing team. Halo3 seems more like a run out and shoot kind of game. o_o
Of course I could be wrong.
I've only watched it. This is only my opinion.
So I guess it all depends on what kind of shooter you like.

Unlike halo 3 where the story mode was an afterthought.
