Stopped by the Yates house this last weekend with the family. Thought for sure everybody would be working away on such a nice day but all was quiet. Well, quiet except for some rather exciting "ahem, deals" taking place on the next block north that precluded us from really taking much of a look around. It is amazing how the condos have literally pushed up all the way to the front yard. I had now idea that things had changed so much since the last time I saw that area. It broke my heart to see the condition that the church was in. It would have been nice if a small buffer zone had been left at the intersection for a small historic zone amidst all the condos. I guess the developers aren't planning on any parks or green areas. (To be honest the condos look shabby and poorly made, both my wife and I commented on it). Anyway we took a couple pictures but they are not resized so ,,,
