what is up with closing my "forums" topic I posted in off topic???

I see no site rules anywhere, therefore please unlock my topic.

I have looked in every area 'fron the beginning' and have still found no site rules.

If you plan on closing a topic and showing authority on a forums, atleast have some site rules. I do

EDIT: YEAH I FOUND THE RULES...NO MENTION OF ADVERTISING TO OTHER FORUMS, SO UNLOCK MY THREAD PLEASE

I never said he could of done that. He is probably used to the xmodsource rules because you aren't alowed to post links to other sites there. He should of posted wether he should of locked it or not in the Mod Chat forum. I'll unlock it for you though.

Xmodkid, I think you should take those rules and sticky them in the announcements section
