Memorial Field, To Honor the Fallen. -_-

If anyone were to follow the cobblestone trail that leads from the outdoor recreation center deep into the woods, they shall find a memorial that X has recently set up to honor the friends and family who have passed on through the history of the school. These brave men and women who had the heart and courage to strap the X on them everyday and face the world, just so mutant tolerance could continue on...even if their bodies and spirits could not.

Several bronze statues stand tall, each in the image of the hero it represents, as well as a small plaque at the base of the statues.


Professor Charles Xavier Sr.

TJ "Nocturne" Wagner
1978-1998
"The heart of the Academy. May she rest in peace."



John "Thunderbird" Proudstar
1970-1989
"Lost to us too soon, but shall never be forgotten."


Illiyana "Magik" Rasputin
1980-1995
"Loving sister, loving friend."


Kevin "Morph" Sidney
1977-2005
"His smile and laughter shall never fade."

: *Laying on the Lawn of the Academy with her head resting on Xavier's plaque. She just looks up at the sky and smiles.*

: "Zzzzzzzzz."

*Fritz walks outside, eating a sandwitch, and looks at the statues. He obviously has no idea who any of the people are, but now actually starts to wonder.*

: *Heard Fritz coming quite a ways away. She suddenly opens up her eyes and looks at him.*

*Fritz is looking up at the faces of the satues and actually hasn't noticed X-23 yet.*

: *Gets up and walks right up behind Fritz. She looks at the statues with him.*

*Fritz turns around and then jumps back a couple inches.*

: Whoa, hullo.

*Keeps the same almost emotionless look on her face as she looks up at Xavier's statue.*

: "Paying your respect?"

: In a way, I guess. I was just wondering who these people were.

: "Former X-Men. Old friends. I studied the books in the library on them. They were pretty big names around here back in the day."

: I'll have to read about them myself, then.

: "These guys were great. Nocturnes story came close to making me cry....came close."

: Didn't pick you as the emotional type.

: "No one ever does."

: I've been wrong about people before.

: "Don't feel bad. Im used to it."

: Right. So whats up?

: "Not much. Just catching a nap."

: A nice day for it.

: "I love sleeping out here. Its quiet."

: Its pretty quiet in general around here lately, its kind of nice.
