1- R-E-S-P-E-C-T. It’s what we ask for, not only for staff members, but for everyone. Be courteous. Be Polite.

2- Activity. We expect you to be active, so, at least be on every 2 days. If you’ll be gone more than a week or so, let someone know.

3-Staff members must be able to do their respective jobs and post as well. We can’t do it all, but we’d rather have you as a member and posting than as a staff member not posting. So, you have to be able to do both. If you cannot, we will have to demote you.

4-We are rated R. We allow graphic descriptions of blood, gore, guts, and we allow moderate descriptions of sex. Now, we would prefer you fade to black or take it to PMs before you get TOO suggestive. However, we would prefer that if you aren’t mature enough to handle these themes, you look somewhere else. We are not babysitters, and we will not censor others for one or two members.

5-Don’t take things personally. Venkman is a pervert. His RPer may not be. (Or they may very well be an perv, who knows.) Just, please try and separate RP from RL.

6-Don’t clamor for attention. Unless you want to play a temporary NPC character, please, do not have your character falling in halls having a seizure, or passing out from who-knows-what. Be realistic.

7-If you want a relationship IC, let the other person know. Please? One-sided crushes are ok, but if you’re planning anything substantial…have the courtesy to tell the other player.

8-OOC stays OOC. No chatter out of Character in posts. Keep it in the CBox or in the OOC area.

9-We are Account per Character. This means, if you make a new character, you make a new account.

10-There is no character limit….but you must have 25 posts with your first character to make a new one, then you must have 25 posts for the new character to make another one, etc. etc. Also, if you fall behind with a character, you will be warned, and if it continues, your character will be stripped. You’ll have a choice as to who we take.

11-You register, and you need a Bio up for the character in 2 weeks. If it’s not up, we delete your account. Also, when you register, Make SURE to register in your character’s name. EX- Peter Venkman OR Venkman OR Peter, etc. You get the point.

12-If you aren’t on at least once a week to post, you get a warning. 5 warnings, and you’re out. (Please let an admin or Mod know of any extenuating circumstances…such as computer failure, RL issues, etc. We’ll understand)

13-Absolutely NO Godmodding! NPC’s can be moved around, positioned for testing, etc, but do NOT give them more symptoms, and NEVER control another person’s character without their permission….Some things require the mild godmodding, but PLEASE get permission. If someone would rather control the actions fully, let them!

14-We do have a mild posting minimum. 2 paragraphs, healthy sized ones. About 5 lines per paragraph. You can post more than that, in fact, that’s encouraged, but no less. This is to ensure that people have something substantial to respond to. And please, try and cut out a majority of the purple prose. (If you and your RP buddy don’t mind it, you can post less than 2 paragraphs.)

15-You can be in as many threads as you can handle. If you fall behind, though….you will be called on it. And Ghost Busting threads and such should take first priority…

16-Please post in third Person point of view.

17-The CBox is not for your personal woes. Take that to IMs or PMs. It makes a bad impression on guests. Also, please try and be cordial to all in the CBox, and if you see a guest in need of assistance…help if you can?

18-No advertising anywhere but the Ad thread. This includes the CBox. No exceptions.

19- NO STEALING! If we find out you stole something, including plagiarizing from another site/person, we will ban. This includes theft of graphics, banners, AND our general story. We came up with that. We expect to see it here and only here. Yeah, Auto Ban if we see thievery.

20-You must get your character approved before you begin to play.

AND 21- HAVE FUN! This IS an RP. We are here to have fun! So, do it. ^^
