This is... weird. I've had 3 users reporting that once they start Wav2MP3 Wizard on their Windows XP Home computers, they get a Runtime Error, namely 50003.
What's 50003? Good question. Doing a little reading around, I suppose it's an all-around error catcher for unexpected errors, and many websites as well as developers suggest it's related to Runtime Components. As you all know, we've included all the required ones in the Installer package. Also, the very same users report that when they run the program on any Windows XP Pro system, Wav2MP3 Wizard runs as smooth as silk. Re-installing the runtime components didn't help, neither did manually re-registering the most probable of OCXs. So I've compiled a full guide on what I've gathered on how to do a full re-install of every VB6 and Wav2MP3 Wizard related component on your computers, in case you're plagued by the same problem. The guide is on the appropriate thread in the Technical Support forum, but I'll give you a quick link nonetheless: http://z8.invisionfree.com/Wav2MP3_Wizard_...hp?showtopic=77 Please, if you have the same issue, try the step-by-step guide and if the problem persists, although I'll probably be out of ideas, reply on the above topic. -------------------- ~Leftos~
