Verdanus walked up the Flakboard that had been laid carefully as to cover the ground that they walked on as the planet was a bit muddy and slips and falls were a common occurance amoungst troops, and these events only served to high light the fact. He arrived at his quarters and pulled back the dust covered draps that he often carried around with him. He relaxed in his chair behind his desk and took one of the cigars that were laying around on his desk. he was expecting a visit from a very important friend

Dante placed a huge boot on one of the ramps as the Thunderhawk touched down, he steeped off and slung his huge bolter over his side as he walked along the Flakboard, it crunched horribly under his boots as he walked, he knew that they would need to be replaced. He eventually arrived at the enterance to Verdanus'room, brushing aside the meagre curtains he steeped inside

As Dante steeped inside he didn't have to bend over as most of the other imperial rooms, it seemed this room had been designed to allow marines easy entry. he spoke in a high machanical voice "Brother Dante At the ready,"

Vandanus' chair rattled slightly as the overgrown human walked though the door saddling his bolter on his arm. Kell quickly got up from his chair and walked towards the marine with his hand outstreached, he grabbed at the space marines large paw and shook it with a affirmative fashion, "What business do you have with me space marine?" said Kell placing the half-lit Lho back into his mouth, and proceeding to give the marine all his attention.

Vadimir placed a huge boot onto the soft ground, it felt so relaxing to once again be back to see an old he had not seen in a while, he had been looking forward to meeting after such a long time, he signalled for the pilot to go and land somewhere, he looked over and saw that dante's thunderhawk had already arrived, "early as always" he said to himself he trod though soft mud toward Verdanus' dugout,

he arrived at verdanus' dugout and pulled the flimsy curtains aside, and leaning to oneside stepped into the room, "Hello, old friend," he said smiling a Verdanus "How long has it been? must be twenty years since we last seen one another?" he turned to dante "i trust your journey went well?"
