What is this used for?

Are there any crimes?
If not, Why Not?
Can I be a judge?

Curious are you Comrade Koertig? good show. smile.gif

I'm glad to see that you are wandering around Wachensburg and getting to know different bits of it.

The Supreme People's court is a court to help us process and work upon a legal code sometime later in the life of the nation itself, since a legal code is arguably one of the most complex and labor-intensive works in any Micronation. (Probably second only to Artificial Language creation.) It will be something that we will probably pursue more when we have the time and members to do so, before then I would like to finish the basis of all law: Der Verfassung (The Constitution). This is important since it will be what we base this off of, and if we really want to we can begin to work upon it.

If you are interested in the court, feel free to begin typing up and divising legislation for it Komrade, everyone in Wachensburg can propose legislation as they wish. smile.gif

And to answere your questions specifically:

1. No, there are currently no actions in the People's Republic of Wachensburg that are illegal, mainly beacause it is still so fresh from the revolution. If you would like to look at it in a Simulationist manner, Wachensburg as a whole only has the most basic law applied to keep order, with basic laws against Murder/Theft/and the like.

2. The reason why there are no laws is that we haven't really gotten there yet, we still need to finish our first pieces of legislation as well as establish such a system to be operated here in Wachensburg. At the moment we have alot on our plate that isn't getting done just yet that we need to finish before we get to the court itself.

3. As for you being a Judge, since we have established no real system, there is nothing for you to be judge of. But I would like to have the Supreme Judge of the court to be a seperate position and one that someone will have specifically, it is for this reason that when it is used, he can spend his entire time upon that, at the moment me and you need to finish negotiating the treaty over in Leon-Venezia. (They are not on often, though so just check back from time to time, it will be awhile. dry.gif ) As well as deal with the major expansion of foreign relations we will see after we have established after our constitution. Since I do believe once that has happened, we should actively gain relations with other nations, as well as spread our name around Micronationalism.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask Comrade. smile.gif I want all of my comrades to be as updated as possible in everything that is Wachensburg.
