The following rules MUST be followed when posting on WWE Revolution 2k7, failure to follow these rules may result in account deletion:
Sign Up Rules -1. NO CAWS
Only sign up as a REAL wrestler, if you sign up as someone vague, you may need to verify they are in fact a real wrestler.
2. Do NOT Sign Up as a Taken Superstar
If you see someone is already taken, do not sign up as that superstar, you will not get the position.
3. Sign up as the Superstar you are Trying out for
Don't join as quicksilver180 and then try out for John Cena, if you want Cena, sign up as John Cena
4. Character Changing
Character changes are handed out at the staff's discretion, if we feel you've 'earned' the right to change by showing you're committed, or if you have yet to debut character changes will be allowed. So long as the change will not disrupt on going storylines, it is considered acceptable.
Note that if you change characters while holding a title, your new character will NOT get that belt automatically. (Although in most cases a character switch during a title reign will be denied).
5. Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are assigned to either tag teams or individuals who have been given permission to play multiple characters. If you have interest in either contact a staff member. You'll never get in trouble for simply asking.
7. No Dead Characters
Out of respect for the dearly departed, playing as dead wrestlers is not allowed.
Wrestlers who suffer from paralysis (such as Droz for example) cannot be played for the same reason.
Role Play Rules1. Roleplays Must be Five Lines Minimum
Please keep role plays at least five lines in length, single line role plays will be deleted.
2. Do Not Pester the Staff
We will try to get results and Match Cards out in a timely fashion, but if we cannot, please do not pester the staff, real life happens, and we all need to deal with it. We don't get on your back for missing deadlines, don't get on ours for the same reasons. We try to get everything out in a timely fashion but sometimes, we cannot and ask that you be understanding of that.
3. Spelling Matters
Poor spelling and grammar will adversely affect the Results of your RPs. Typos and minor errors are understandable, of course, but if it's impossible to understand what you're saying, it will become an issue.
If English is not your first language and you struggle with writing, please alert the staff. This isn't a pass to write horribly, but it will be taken into account if something you post didn't make sense, we're very understanding and just ask you work with us to get your RPs done correctly.
4. Becoming Inactive may result in your character being used as a Jobber without your consent, missing multiple shows will result in your account being deleted. This does not mean that we'll simply job you out ofr missing a deadline, this means you miss four matches in five weeks, your character will not be presented possitively, the next step is out the door. Exceptions will be made for 'regulars' who've been here multiple months or years, of course.
5. Roleplays must reassemble roleplays. IE a roleplay such as:
THIS
IS
MY
ROLE
PLAY

Will be Not be counted. Roleplays must show clear signs of SOME effort. We understand people have other commitments and are short on time, but RPs need to either show the most basic amount of care, or they're no good. If you do not have the time or ability to make that commitment, the only thing you should be posting is a note of apology to the staff and more importantly your opponent.
Human Nature 1. Swearing
This rule has been lifted. Swear as often as you like, just be aware that we have younger members here and if they are uncomfortable with your language or the topic matter you're discussing, you may be asked to restrict yourself until they leave.
2. Flaming
OOC Flaming will not be tolerated. If you post an intentionally derrogitory comment
unprovoked it will not reflect well on you. There are no punishments for such actions, but when it comes time to decide to push your character for title or not, do not be surprised if flamboyant comments come back to bite you.
IMPORTANT -NOTE -
EVENTS THAT HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE ARE NOT CONSIDERED CANNON TO THE REVOLUTION STORYLINESEvents that transpire in real life promotions have NO bearing on our angles and characters so please avoid breaking continuity when possible.
