the +/- thread, creates perspective

this is not my idea, i am 'borrowing' it from a swedish video game forum.
not sure if it is their unique idea or not though, probably not.

this thread can be used for:
* forcing yourself to look at the positive aspects of life when you believe you reached rock bottom.
* not letting your happiness go too much to your head by finding a negative aspect.
* making a decision about wether a fact is a positive or negative aspect of your life (maybe both?)
* letting your feelings out to give yourself less headache. being cryptic is also accepted.

rules?
* positives and negatives in the same post does not have to be connected to one subject
* being too personal in a public forum can be a risk so you shouldn't mention names
* you can make multiple positives and negatives in the same post

+ My life is superawesome because I have a supersweet boyfriend
- My life is really busy and stressful atm

- No sleep at all.
+ But I feel more awake than I do when I get a lot of sleep. That's really weird. Plus I can do more in the day.

-I have an abscess in my mouth - can't chew, eat, or drink without feeling pain.
+I still get free (yes, free) dental care because the school has its own dentist.

+ I don't have much homework this week. So I can really sit for one day.
- It's cold bleeeeeh.

-Batman The Brave and The Bold ended last Friday

+ I'm on Thanksgiving Break and I have the entire house to myself!

- Since my mom is now in Sydney, I gotta clean and cook which means not enough time to draw and work on my projects.

-I have to study tonight for a test right before break tomorrow
+I am done with work until next week! (well after I accidentally worked overtime because we were swamped)

+ I'm still at home, because my first lesson starts at 11.50 am. I'm making some homework because I have to work tonight.
- It's still foggy, and cold.

+I am being noticed as a music critic online, bands are sending me, and only me, stuff.
-I'm stuck in the new wave/gothic/post-gothic movement and can't move away for now.

-I got absolutely no sleep last night (as well as the nights previous) because of a broken air conditioner (and yes, it's incredibly sad even for me to have to use it)

- I forgot to post the loveletter which was suppost to arrive tomorrow because me and my boyfriend are together for a month that day.
+ My boyfriend will probably laugh about it because this is typical me.

+ My Agricultural science teacher bought his 10 best students ducks, and now I have 2 one week old Indian Runner Ducks.
- Ducks poop a lot, and I have to clean up that poop.

+ I don't have school on Friday, YAY, extra long weekend.
- I have to understand math, that's going to be a BIG problem.

+ I've started going to the gym, to get in better shape and lose weight.

NordicAngel, believe me, if you get addicted, you get addicted to that. I've been going to the gym, more or less without fail, for three years now.

Anyway.

-The right side of my jaw has this weird ache.
+It's my first day without heavy painkillers, so it's pretty good, all things considered.

+ I learn a new technique where I can make the wings on a fairy-typed character glow and be semi-transparent!

- I can't use it on the Guardians' wings because it doesn't fit the style.

-My scanner is spoilt

- I'm so tired!

- screaming kids on the way home
+ I won't have to leave home tomorrow.

-I didn't get any writing done on account of my pen running out of ink. Damn, and I had such a good poem going, too.
+I met up with a very, very good and by all stretches of the imagination, true friend and saw, once again, how the company of some people can elevate my mood significantly.
-Gonna have to duck my frienemies tomorrow and it might take some skill of the tongue and some good diplomacy.
+Another good friend of mine, well.... I'll get to that. Just, another good friend of mine, on Saturday. Possibly.
-I wasted so much time in not furthering my relationship with the another good friend, because I always considered us nothing more than acquaintances via my first love. Lost so many years....
+Everything she does and says tells me that she always considered us friends, proper, and to be loved, especially when I least expect it, rocks.
-Gotta get up early in the morning. Which sucks.

-I have to get a wisdom tooth surgically removed, and what happened last time (the drill slipped into my gums and I swallowed a mouthful of blood and developed a taste for it) makes me scared.
