Anyone noticed you can't make Will's New Power costume? The hems just don't do what I want...

Most of you guys are very creative, however, there are some that are just too much. Don't hate me for saying this, but DaPrincipessa and kicea, your designs looked horrible. Why? Because to me, you put way too much features into your guardians' design. Remember what Hay Lin learned in the WITCH on Stage Special? Keep it simple and elegant. But don't take my words to heart, this is just a game for fun, right?

Hey, you know what they say, with success, you learned something. I get some criticism for my artworks, too, but it's from those negative feedback that I learned to do better, even by a little bit.
True, I'd rather tell the truth than lie about it when it comes to art.

I think you took it too seriously.
This is a game for fun and not to think about art and aesthetics.

True, this is a game to have fun, and nothing more than that
HOWEVER
If you're planning to make use of the characters created and make them "true guardians" well... all the guardians outfits we have seen are extremely simple, with one to three pieces of outfit(Not counting shoes, tights/socks or hair accessories.)

So yeah... when you notice your guardian looks like a piņata, you should stop =P

At least I'm not the one who likes ribbons. >.<

Ameyal's right. If you're using this game as a helping hand in order to design your own Guardian(s), then I DO advise to keep it to simplicity.

That's okay, Galistar, you're kinda right It was just that they didn't seem to have the "new-powerish" touch, so I tried to add more to make it "grander".

You know, this gives me an idea. Wanna play, "Who can put too much of everything" in this game? So, you guys think you can top each others' record by putting too much features on your own Guardians? Some of us are having fun, so why not have fun by going overboard with it?

I didn't think mine was very mad, so I made another one:

I made these five before going to bed late last night. They aren't entries in the game, since I didn't know about it.



I made a guardian version of Sailor Moon. She gets the heart on account of her having the silver crystal in her own show. Her costumes are usually more girlish and frilly and covered in hearts, but I prefer to give her something different. Same with the hair, which is in meatball style but without the pigtails.



Buffy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I tried to give her an easy to fight in outfit, while remembering tha she cares about fashion a bit. I don't know anything about fashion, so I hope this turned out well.



Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura. I probably should have given her more accessories and a symbol, since in her story she always wears these elaborately designed outfits. She gets the heart because she unites all the Clow cards under her and the strength of her emotions is really vital to it. She's a cheerleader and a skater, so I thought I'd make her cheerful and maybe a bit like an ancient warrior (with the sandals and the short pants and the way the skirt is cut). I think she looks sporty and sexy, but with the guardian touch, sort of the way she looks peppy, adorable, and sporty as a ten-year-old in her own story.



Mei Lin from Cardcaptor Sakura. She's a fighter, so she gets a streamlined outfit with a little ribbon accessory. I don't remember why I gave her the water sign in the first place, but it fits since water is associated with the moon, and her family's powers in the anime are connected to the moon. I wanted to make her a bit elegant and cool, with a not-so-happy expression since from what I remember she wasn't very happy in the anime.



A different Cornelia. I was partly inspired by this fanvid on YouTube that made her the Sailor Moon equivalent of W.I.T.C.H. This is look is supposed to be a magical girl princess type. So I gave her the meatball hairstyle and the heart, while trying to make her look a bit elegant and princessy, with the hair and the sleeves and the gloves and the skirt. I gave her slippers because I thought they looked more royal and at the same time less impractical than the heeled shoes available. I was so busy choosing her style that I forgot to change her eyecolor from the automatic yellow, and I'm afraid if I make her again I'll get addicted to the game. I don't remember how pale her skintone is, but I made her pale because of how Caucasian she is in looks, and I figured with her being a princess (in this version of her) and her canon activities being indoors (shopping, ice skating, dancing) she wouldn't get a tan.

Edited to add: I like yours, jojo. While it''s overaccessorized, the effect is sort of a fun loud clown.
